I switched to this pharmacy after experiencing numerous prescription errors with my previous one. The difference is night and day - I’ve been called before holidays to ensure my prescription is taken care of, and have been pleasantly surprised by refills in advance of my last pill. Staffed by a lovely group of humans who care a lot about what they do. I see you and appreciate you :)

I've been going here a few years and have always had a great experience. The staff are friendly, fast, and helpful. I work nearby so it's a convenient location. Apparently they have a free delivery service too, though I haven't needed to use it. I often call them to fax my doctor for more refills and they are able to do this fairly quickly, it works well. I've had flu shots here in the past too. The store part is small but has the essentials and some fun/useful little things (pamphlets on the Exchange, downtown Wpg art coasters...). Highly recommend going here since the service is exceptional!

I have lived all over Canada. This is The best pharmacy I have ever been to. Very caring and informed and they never look down at anybody and never too busy to answer questions. Keep it up!!

I had nothing but good experiences with this friendly neighbourhood pharmacy. They are extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Getting refills through them is a breeze as they handle faxing your physician. They also offer delivery which is amazing! This is a completely different pharmacy experience from any other place I've been to

The pharmacist who gave me my third booster (Jenna?? Sorry, I can't remember her name) was WONDERFUL.... professional, light-hearted, and charming. Under tremendous stress, the pharmacists at Exchange District Pharmacy are doing their best to wage the war against Covid. Bravo to the pharmacists out there jabbing us all! Get your booster, folks!

Jeff was super nice and even explain to me the vaccine but I wish he had help a little. Poor guy had to answer phone, look after foot traffic and administer vaccine all at the same time.

Ryan explained how the flu shot worked, was extremely quick and efficient and made sure I didn’t have any sort of reaction before I left. Overall a great experience!

We switched to EDP a couple years ago from a big box, and it's like night and day. Free delivery, knowledgeable staff that we've gotten to know by name, and a boost to our local economy. Makes no sense not to shop local for prescriptions, and EDP is an awesome choice.

Disappointed in this place. Went for a Pneumo vaccine last year. He went too fast. But, worse of all, he never took out and filled the immunization form that goes to MB health. This is very important. Why you cant find my name, is because you never took my name. Well, myself, and a person I know need vaccines, so next time please go slow and take our immune records, thanks.

I've always been neutral about pharmacy experiences ... I figured they were all the same, large or small, until I made an active decision to switch away from national chain to an independent provider specifically with a view to supporting local. WOW! Everyone I've encountered at Exchange District Pharmacy is so friendly, knowledgeable, and proactively conscientious. Example: I use a generic version of a drug produced by a number of different manufacturers. The version I'd been using recently was out of stock, and the pharmacist on duty that day went out of their way to ensure the replacement contained no non-medicinal compounding ingredients that would cause me digestive upset. No one has ever done that before without me asking. Little things like this go a long way to making me feel safe. And, now that I'm self-isolating during COVID-19, I appreciate their delivery option, too! I highly, highly recommend this pharmacy =-)

I had a great experience with Exchange District Pharmacy. I was running out of my prescription and the day I picked up my prescription in the late afternoon, I sent a request for the prescription. An experience like no other pharmacy. The team lead by Pharmacist Ryan is nothing less than outstanding. They go out of their way to ensure your health is top notch. They most importantly listen and equally important educate. You leave feeing confident that you understand your prescription or treatment plan. They special order for you and deliver on top of it all. They are friendly, and energetic. They are neighborly-they often have events to help others or to get to meet people walking through the neighbourhood. Above and beyond. I never hesitate to go ask questions and I am quick to refer here without hesitation.

The flu shot clinic was such a great experience from start to finish! We contacted Ryan, the Pharmacy Director through email to get more information about it and he was quick to respond and quick to fit our company in to his schedule. He arrived early, was fully prepared and did an amazing job explaining the process to each person and getting through all of us efficiently. We'll definitely be contacting him again next year!
