My
husband
bought
my
engagement
ring,
and
we
both
bought
our
wedding
bands
from
here.
The
quality
of
all
three
rings
is
amazing
-
we
love
it
and
can’t
complain
on
the
quality
and
price
front.
The
customer
service
was
lacking
though.
Every
time
we
visited
the
store,
there
was
a
different
element
of
poor
customer
service.
The
first
time,
it
felt
like
the
Rep
was
chatting
mainly
with
my
husband,
barely
looking
at
me
unless
I
challenged
what
he
was
showing.
The
second
time,
when
we
tried
to
get
our
wedding
bands,
we
both
felt
rushed
through
the
process,
and
were
barely
entertained,
and
were
shown
very
few
options.
Third
time,
which
was
a
week
after
the
second,
the
guy
didn’t
remember
us,
asked
us
why
we
were
there
again,
we
had
to
remind
him
of
our
discussion
and
the
fact
that
we
had
booked
this
appointment
based
on
his
request
-
he
clearly
forgot
about
the
appointment
and
didn’t
have
the
rings
he
was
supposed
to
show
us.
Despite
the
quality
of
the
rings,
the
tense
atmosphere
at
the
place
was
not
fun.
Unfortunately
we
bought
the
rings
4-5
months
ago
so
I
can’t
name
the
folks
we
dealt
with
-
but
definitely
not
going
back.
