This review is a long time coming. I was recommended to Diamonds For Less from my sister, who purchased a beautiful diamond cross for my daughter for her baptism. We went back to search for diamond earrings for our Mother for her 60th birthday. The selection and quality was outstanding and the prices very reasonable. I ended up leaving a broken tennis bracelet behind, right before the pandemic, and DFL cleaned and fixed my tennis bracelet. They stored it for me until restrictions eased up and we were allowed to pick it up. I will definitely be going back to purchase more. I was very impressed with the quality and service they provided.

Accidentally came across one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. My daughter in law and I were looking for a jeweller and the usual has long since been gone. We googled and found “Diamonds for less” We rang the bell and although they do not deal in gold chains, Andres went well over and above to make sure we left Toronto with what we came to buy. While in Diamonds for less, I spotted a gem of an Anniversary band. I had to get it. Fantastic prices, beautiful diamonds. Andres did go over and above, had my other rings checked, and the diamonds, the main ones, were about to fall out as the claws are broken. I had no idea that was about to happen. Would have been a mess as they are worth a substantial amount, having to go through insurance, etc., such a hassle. Thank you Andres for all you did! Everyone at diamonds for less is great and helpful. They were very helpful when my husband picked out an engagement ring for me and also when we went back for weddings bands 4 years ago. I just dropped the rings off this weekend to get resized and cleaned and picked them up yesterday. They look brand new! I upgraded my wife's diamond for our 40th anniversary. We obtained a fairly large nice quality diamond for less than the online vendors. James Allen, Blue Nile, etc were more for similar diamonds and rings/settings. The chain stores were even worse. If you have specific diamonds in mind or any other questions they respond quite quickly online. We had great advice and excellent service. They even helped us out with resizing another ring. Alex was informative, personable and generally great to work with. As a family owned business they have a long term view on keeping customers happy and it shows. Fantastic selection of both gems and settings. I was able to see and compare sizes and colours of diamonds. No rush. Thought that I knew exactly what I wanted. Turns out that I could do better. Ended up with a 3 carat brown diamond. Beautiful! The ring turned out to be a stunning. Diamonds from an old ring were used as accents. It was even completed earlier than expected so I could wear it to an event. Would HIGHLY recommend Diamonds For Less!

My husband bought my engagement ring, and we both bought our wedding bands from here. The quality of all three rings is amazing - we love it and can’t complain on the quality and price front. The customer service was lacking though. Every time we visited the store, there was a different element of poor customer service. The first time, it felt like the Rep was chatting mainly with my husband, barely looking at me unless I challenged what he was showing. The second time, when we tried to get our wedding bands, we both felt rushed through the process, and were barely entertained, and were shown very few options. Third time, which was a week after the second, the guy didn’t remember us, asked us why we were there again, we had to remind him of our discussion and the fact that we had booked this appointment based on his request - he clearly forgot about the appointment and didn’t have the rings he was supposed to show us. Despite the quality of the rings, the tense atmosphere at the place was not fun. Unfortunately we bought the rings 4-5 months ago so I can’t name the folks we dealt with - but definitely not going back.

My engagement ring is from Diamonds For Less. My husband worked with Alex to design a ring that was beautiful. It's been 11 years and 2 of the tiny pave diamonds fell out, a quick email and they asked us to bring it in for repair with no questions asked. They are fantastic to work with and always friendly and welcoming. Over 7 years ago, I walked my pregnant butt to have my ring cleaned and polished, and was not feeling well from the heat, they were so kind to have me sit, put a fan on me and gave me water. It's the small gestures that count!

When shopping for an engagement ring, this was our first stop. Kevin was great at letting us know all we needed to look out for to make the best decision.
