Terrible experience with store manager Patricia. Was extremely disrespectful to both my wife and I making us feel completely embarrassed in front of customers. She could learn a thing or two from her sales reps who do a better job than her!! Will never step foot in that store again and will steer any friends or family from doing the same!

Joseph and Christine are great. We bought a bath tub and shower glass door at this store and our experience was phenomenal. We had to return a part and we were two days past the 30 days and they were so flexible and understanding. Will definitely be back for our next washroom reno. Prices are great and there's a solid selection.

Went to checkout the store for options and prices. Writing the review just because of customer service, didn't buy anything. We showed up @ 7:01pm didn't know it would close @ 7pm. Eric, I assume is a sales rep was just closing up, asked if we can quickly roam and he let us in with a smile on his face. Just by that action I could see that they take care of there customers and wanted to leave this review.

We just purchased a tub and glass enclosure set from Bath Depot. We received excellent customer service from Eric who answered all our questions and educated us about things to watch out for. He was very genuine and knowledgeable and I really appreciated his approach. I understand the value of buying from this store. Ayushi also diligently helped us with the transaction and ensured everything was done correctly. They even stayed back almost an hour no pressure and didn’t even let us know the store closed! They truly went the extra mile, several extra I’d say! Thank you for everything. I highly recommend this store for your bath needs!

I purchased a toilet from Bath Depot back in 2016 and I recently had to replace the flush valve. I went into the store late Friday evening and spoke with Patricia, the store manager, about the part I was looking for. She reassured me that it was an easy replacement by demonstrating on the floor model. However, the issue was that the part was on back order and it would take over 1-mth to ship! I told her I need my toilet to work and asked if I could take the floor model part until the next shipment. Without hesitation Patricia said of course. I was so relieved...she was super nice and understanding about the situation and even said you can pay when your new part arrives. Fantastic employees like Patricia is what makes a good company great! Knowing that I'll be taken care of as a customer is the most important thing and have me returning again and again. Thank you Patricia :)

Bath Depot Scarborough store: Excellent products, excellent customer service and excellent pricing! Patricia and Eric are wonderful, were patient, professional and really knew their products. The store delivered on time with the date they indicated (unlike Home Depot that delayed my bathroom Reno by a week and a half - important when one is without a shower!). The pricing at Bath Depot is also some of the best around for exactly the same quality of products. You can’t go wrong with Bath Depot! I renovated both my powder room and main bathroom. I am extremely satisfied with this store and will use them for any bath reno needs in the future!

One of the worst online ordering experiences I've ever had. Placed an order online for instore pick up and didn't get any updates for over a month. When I finally picked up the order, one of the items has obvious damage. I asked the store employee to return the item and he assured me it would be refunded to my credit card. 1 month later I still haven't received my refund. Contacted the customer service through email and got no response. Finally called and was told the refund wasn't processed, and they'll do it now that I've called. Complete lack of quality assurance and accountability from this company. I shouldn't have to double check follow up over a month later to get my refund!

Eric Field the Assistant Manager at Kennedy Commons has been EXTREMELY helpful to me when I was frantic about picking up my products on time! He calmly helped me through the whole process over the phone and I’m now a loyal Bath Depot customer going forward thanks to him!

We are very happy with this unit. Best shower ever! Super easy to use. Installation wasn’t hard. The jets are amazing. Everything is awesome. We are very very happy with the purchase. Great service here from Patricia Nandan especially. She always coordinates my orders, troubleshoots and has gone above and beyond to take care of several of my clients and businesses. She's always professional and helpful. With the delays across the board due to the pandemic, she's made my life so much easier by giving updates on stock and liaising with other locations. Bath Depot always comes through. My clients and I thank her for providing such a good products and customer service.

Stay away from this store and it's products. Pre sale service is great, and after that, forget it. 2 days after I got the email that my order was ready I received a call asking me to pick it up as soon as possible as they need to clear their local storage. I found that a bit too much, as I haven’t been informed at any time during the purchase that I’d have to pick up within 2 business days. Then I get another email informing if I don't pick it up by the following day, my order would be shipped back to Montreal. Ridiculous to harass a client like that. Besides, the vanity that I got had all the assembling info incorrect, screws that didn't fit, and worse of all: scratches and stains. Stay away.

Really bad customer services… I went to the store driving like crazy just to see the vanity I wanted to buy and the lady at the front desk ran to close the door. I arrived at 6:48 pm and the store close at 7:00 pm. Very disappointed Location: 29 William kitchen Road

This review does not reflect the Kennedy location - but Customer Service/Head office is TERRIBLE. I have been waiting over 7 months for a shower door. When I called Customer Service and spoke with Chantal Gaudette and inquired about the delay - she was extremely RUDE and hung up on me!!! I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

Naina Anand”s customer service is the best. She was so patience with us and spend hours and hours but make sure that we are choosing our right products that we are looking for. Also her advice we appreciate highly.

I was approached by Letiesha who was able to help me decide on which option was best for me! Patricia was beyond amazing at this location. She helped us exchange our products in the most cost effective professional manner possible to ensure the customer got the best. She remembered us, called head office to help us with exceptions. The list goes on and on. Because of her service we will always think of this store when ever we need anything for our bath rooms. I can't remember the last time to have ever been services so well in any store in Canada. Her service is the type of elite customer considerations you would see in the US. We have closer stores but will take the trouble to always go to this location and ask for Patricia. She cared about us as customers and did everything she could to help us.

I purchase several pieces from Bath Depot (Scarborough) for a bathroom renovation, I was fortunate to have dealt wit Eric. First off I messed up a door when assembling the vanity, (my fault) Eric had a replacement for me in less than a week at no charge. Secondly my plumber was installing the 2 faucets i purchased from Bath Depot and 1 of the drains was damaged, again Eric sourced me 1 immediately, again at no charge or question asked. I have my own business and am shocked at the level of service i received from both Eric and Bath Depot. I highly recommend Both Eric and Bath Depot. Props to them.

I had a great experience with Ayushi She was very helpful and polite, I wish everyone in sales is like her. It is a pleasure to work with her. If I need something from your store I will definitely look for her again. She deserves a raise! Hard to find stuff like her!

We ordered a toilet and shower kit 2 weeks ago. Patricia said the items were coming the following week. The shower kit didn't make it on the truck. On the phone another employee tried to enforce the 7 day policy and said we had to pick up the toilet or they would send it back. Nope! We stood our ground on that and said we have to order a truck, so no, we will do it all at once when the shower kit comes in. The next week the shower kit didn't make the delivery again. Patricia said the Ajax location had a kit that a customer hadn't picked up in over two weeks. They called the customer and the customer picked up their kit. So much for a 7 day policy! uh huh. We came today July 31st to pick up the toilet. and guess what?! it's the wrong toilet. So now we are scrambling with our contractors who are waiting to install everything.Thanks for nothing bath depot!

Eric is the best guy I've never seen from sales people. He is very honest man and helping a lot even though I was asking bunch of question. This place is awesome.

I went there looking for a bathtub and sets to go along with. I had great customer service as the staff knew what I wanted. I wasn't aware but I was looking for a Liam bath tube with the free standing faucet. I wad advice by the wonderful staff that would be perfect fit for me. Also I was looking for vanity. The lady letiesha who suggested me the bathtubs suggested me the vanity madden. I was very pleased with the rest of the staff. And I would definitely come back to at this location with more purchases. Thank you once again.

My experience with this store has been good so far for all my visits. Very helpful, friendly and polite staff. Three of their staff helped me during my visits. When I picked up my purchase from the store, Nick even helped us load our merchandise into the car. Great customer service!!

Beautiful and straight forward to assemble. Piraiveen is very accommodating and the lady that assisted us picking up the item was very helpful. The only problem we encountered is the lady I believe she’s a Filipino was very rude. I ask when the delivery will be and she told me to pick it up at Quebec, then my husband is asking questions, then she ask him if he’s the one who will install it, my husband said yes! My visit to store yesterday was a mixed bag of customer service experiences. On the positive side, the staff at the store were generally helpful and decent, assisting me with my shower door pickup. However, the situation took a downturn when I encountered impatience from one of the helpers. While waiting for my coworker to bring our truck around, the helper assigned to assist me seemed impatient and unwilling to hold the package for just a few minutes, despite having a trolley at their disposal. This lack of patience was surprising and disappointing, especially considering the task wasn’t physically demanding. My coworker and I ended up having to load the package into the truck ourselves, which wasn’t a major issue, but it was certainly unexpected. To add to the frustration, as we were adjusting items in the truck to accommodate the package, a staff member named Rizwan displayed impatience and pushed us to hurry up. This rushed attitude was uncalled for, particularly given that my coworker and I are accustomed to handling pickups and drop-offs daily. Overall, while the initial assistance was appreciated, the subsequent impatience and lack of understanding from certain staff members left a sour taste in my mouth. Improved communication and a more customer-centric approach would greatly enhance the service experience at this store.

I ordered a shower base on line and when I came in to pick up I dealt with Heather to pick up my purchase. Heather who just happens to be the assistant manager made my experience spending money pleasant. Although there was no discount applied to my order. Her witty and pleasant personality made shopping a pleasure. Great job! Excellent customer service

Had the best experience today at Bath Depot in Scarborough at Kennedy Commons. Joseph solved a difficult situation and was able to find exactly what I needed and even better it was available immediately in store. The item I needed was not on display and was not that visible on the website. But after explaining a bit of the challenge I was having Joseph asked a few more questions and knew exactly where to find to what I needed.
