My
visit
to
store
yesterday
was
a
mixed
bag
of
customer
service
experiences.
On
the
positive
side,
the
staff
at
the
store
were
generally
helpful
and
decent,
assisting
me
with
my
shower
door
pickup.
However,
the
situation
took
a
downturn
when
I
encountered
impatience
from
one
of
the
helpers.
While
waiting
for
my
coworker
to
bring
our
truck
around,
the
helper
assigned
to
assist
me
seemed
impatient
and
unwilling
to
hold
the
package
for
just
a
few
minutes,
despite
having
a
trolley
at
their
disposal.
This
lack
of
patience
was
surprising
and
disappointing,
especially
considering
the
task
wasn’t
physically
demanding.
My
coworker
and
I
ended
up
having
to
load
the
package
into
the
truck
ourselves,
which
wasn’t
a
major
issue,
but
it
was
certainly
unexpected.
To
add
to
the
frustration,
as
we
were
adjusting
items
in
the
truck
to
accommodate
the
package,
a
staff
member
named
Rizwan
displayed
impatience
and
pushed
us
to
hurry
up.
This
rushed
attitude
was
uncalled
for,
particularly
given
that
my
coworker
and
I
are
accustomed
to
handling
pickups
and
drop-offs
daily.
Overall,
while
the
initial
assistance
was
appreciated,
the
subsequent
impatience
and
lack
of
understanding
from
certain
staff
members
left
a
sour
taste
in
my
mouth.
Improved
communication
and
a
more
customer-centric
approach
would
greatly
enhance
the
service
experience
at
this
store.
