Nos sentimos estafados toda vez que me aseguraron que mi seguro de gastos médicos cubriría los gastos de cirugía y hospitalarios, por mas que pregunte no me dijeron cuanto costaría cada cosa y procedimiento incluso los honorarios del medico, nunca me dieron esa información, solo me hacían cargos a mi tarjeta de crédito, al final yo hice el procedimiento para el reembolso pero GNP, no cubrió todos los gastos en su totalidad argumentado que era exhaustivo el cobro de honorarios médicos y el medico no se acato al convenio con GNP, cobro casi el doble aun que ellos saben cuales son los parametros a cobrar por que tienen convenio con las aseguradoras. demandare!!!

Hospital Joya in Cancun saved my life!!! They took good care of me, and my wife while on vacation in Mexico. I would recommend their services to anyone close by and in need of medical attention. Beth in admissions was super patient and friendly with me and my partner. It was very stressful being sick out of the US, but Beth and the whole team of nurses, staff, and especially Dr. Jorge Trevino went above and beyond to ensure we felt safe and secure and received the best possible care while we were there.

Muy mal servicio, fuimos con una emergencia y se tardaron mucho en atenderme además que el Dr que estaba en guardia no presentó mucho profesionalismo en lo que me recetó y no resolvió mi problema de salud por lo que más tarde tuve que ir a otro hospital aún con dolor más intenso. Además carísimo por una consulta y una inyección fueron $1800. No es lo que aparenta el hospital, las fotos se ven muy bonitas y moderno pero nada que ver… cero recomendado

I had very similar experience as other reviews. I felt cheated by both this hospital and their contracted hotel. We were taken by the hotel to the emergency room for a minor injury. People there are very slow because they charge you for length of stay and even charge us more than actual hours. They know the cost but never told us before the treatment, no matter how we ask. They crazily charge us 1000 USD and require us to pay upfront. Otherwise they won’t start the process to move the patient out from the locked room.

Daniela Edme helped us out during our visit to the hospital. Their help with translating and explaining everything helped substantially being from away. They ensured we were treated fairly and properly.

Excelente servicio, excelentes instalaciones y los médicos ahí de lo mejor, salvaron la vida de mi mamá y eso no tiene precio, agradezco a todos los del hospital su ayuda y la humanidad con la que trataron a mi mamá y a nosotras como familia.

Doctors Alejandro, Pastor, and Jose Luis were very attentive to the patient and as well as patient with family members which was very much appreciated. Well done guys as well as the head nurse Fernanda & receptionist Joselin.

The best Hospital I have ever been to the staff at reception Daniela was wonderful and took the time to explain everything and was very friendly. Ricardo the ObGYN was friendly and super professional. The medical director Suarec came over to greet us, which you would never see in Canada and was so polite and kind and made sure we were well taken care of. As Canadian you are always worried about care in foreign country but this place is top notch...if you need care go there.

This has been the very best hospital that I have ever been to. My husband's care was above and beyond what was expected. Everyone at the hospital was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to everyone. I don't think we would have gotten better care anywhere else. The hospital is so beautiful and clean. It's right next to the beach. Everything we could have wanted was done. So happy we chose this hospital

Everyone at Hospital Joya Cancun was wonderful. My dad broke his foot while on vacation and received excellent care. His surgery went very well, all of the nurses were very nice, skilled, and attentive, and the administrative staff were super helpful. They even left the hospital to help us get to the hotel afterwards! A bad situation was made as good as possible thanks to the Hospital Joya.

My experience was such a pleasure. First and foremost, the medical procedures are done with care by professional doctors and staff. I trust that you will find the hospital and location will actually make you feel like you are on vacation. Beautiful, scenic and right in the heart of everything. The hotel was A+ and I have to mention the driver that takes you to the appointments is the best! Loved it all!

Had a gum implant there. Excellent staff, excellent anestheologist, excellent dental surgeon Dr. Morales. Never felt anything until about 4 hours after surgery. Pain from swelling. They did not give pain medication for the 2 weeks severe healing and swelling following surgery. But the before care, surgery and level of anestheology were superb.

Daniella and Andrea (front desk) were super friendly and helpful. My wife fell down the steps and fractured her leg and everyone took great care of her. Service was fast and efficient

I’m from Richmond, Va, USA. Took a spill down some steps while on vacation in Cancun. Taken to this hospital for evaluation and eventually 7 stitches. Daniella & Edme were so thoughtful and professional. They took the stress away and put me at ease so that doctors could proceed. I am so thankful for their abilities at a time when I was stressed to the limit. Very impressed with his hospital and its staff. Thank you Daniela and Edme.

My family was on vacation and we had to bring our young daughter on an emergency visit. Daniela at the front desk was so friendly and helpful getting our information. Fernanda saw our daughter and immediately helped my daughter’s situation. The facility is super clean and modern and we were so lucky to have Hospital Joya Cancun when we needed them on our vacation.

Me tienen retenidos 120 mil pesos los cuales debían ser reembolsados entre 7 y 15 días hábiles y ya han pasado 2 meses y 4 dias y siempre me responden el mismo cuento de que están dándole seguimiento a mi caso y yo pagando los intereses en mi tarjeta de crédito

Pésimo servicio y caro, no cuentan con personal capacitado para lo que ofrece, y cobran el triple que otros lugares.

Excelente Atencion de todo el personal en general , las instalaciones muy buenas y limpias, súper recomendado
