Bryan is an extremely rude & difficult manager at this Hooters. After tasting the food, we informed him that our food was not to our liking, and he was unwilling to correct our order. We ordered lemon pepper wings & they fried it plain but placed the dry seasoning in the side. (????) It’s supposed to be applied immediately after cooking so that it adheres to the chicken. We complained and we could tell he was already hot and bothered from the start. He speaks little to no English so it was difficult to understand each other which I believe made things worse. He then brought our food (already tasted) back into the kitchen, which is typically a violation for food healthy standards! His temperament was so high, we were afraid to eat the food & asked for a refund and he said no. The waitress was more professional and customer service oriented than he was. She offered to place a new order in with the dry rub properly applied. He on the other hand, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and likely junior in his tenure. Disturbed and disgusted with this experience as he clearly was not willing to resolve our issue and caused a scene in the restaurant. Never ever again, not worth the frustration. I think he assumes we’re all just drunk Americans but we weren’t. We were just hungry and ordered 6 simple wings. Adding a photo of the dry rub that we were expected to add onto the chicken ourselves.

Sofia was great she’s beautiful and very nice she did a great job don’t forget to leave a good tip cuz she lives of tips we were 7 people and our check was about 220$ US dollars 💵 I left her 120$ she was great and very kind she took good care of us and took her time and explained everything to us we definitely come back here one day and 💯% would ask for her

It’s exactly what you expect in a Hooters with a different flare. The Long Islands hit well and the wings didn’t disappoint. The wife and I ate here to focus on protein after not having eaten in close to 10 hours the breakfast before in Merida.

It’s a hooters so temper your great expectations. Still a solid place and experience. Watched American football here and they show a ton of sports - soccer, basketball, baseball, UFC, and even ultimate frisbee!! Friendly staff, beautiful women. Food is just aight - wings, fries, nachos, etc. you won’t get scammed here at least :)

Your typical hooters , staff was friendly and plenty of tv and sports on to watch , food was good and service was also , right in the middle of everything so walking distance to many hotels and resorts

Hooters Party Centre situated in the heart of the hotel zone is the best sports bar and restaurant in Cancun. Hooters is famous for their chicken wings and world class hamburgers - this place *ROCKS* Their food and service is second to none. Our waitress Iliana was very attentive keeping the drinks refilled and our orders always came hot at the table. Kudos to the manager Henri who works hard at keeping everyone happy. Hooters is awesome. American sports bar with decent big portions and reasonably priced. Waitress' are very friendly and staff will change the channel to watch a specific sport or game if you ask. Well worth a visit during your stay 🤙

Leidi was so nice to me and the other people here at the Hooters in Cancun, Mexico. I will definitely come back, I love the ambiance. Food and drinks are comparable to USA, but the women look better than USA, service is much better too 😊👍🍻I would definitely recommend. 😊❤️

Here at an all-inclusive wedding and decided to get a change of pace and take the bus into the giant tourist area. Gotta say, Hooters was ON POINT. Sparkling bathrooms, amazing blue cheese, wings were on the money. Plus we got 2 "Mega Beer" towers. Such a blast. Litsy was our server. She was very nice and attentive. As was everyone else on staff. It was actually a really great change of pace from the daily Resort food. We live in St Pete/Clearwater, Hooters' backyard, and this location rivals any location we've visited around Tampa Bay, even the original. Well done, Cancún!

Meal was good. Pleasant surprise about the portion size. Orders for 11 of us came out in a record time. Service was pleasant. One of my better experiences with a Hooters restaurant.

Great service. Food was pretty good. We had the sliders and 20 boneless wings. Atmosphere was great being right by the water. They had the football game on too which was cool.

The hot wings was great, jus as expected and the service was lovely! Prices were a little bit higher then expected, on the decent side. Great place dine and follow sports, from all over the world.

Food was all done perfect. Elizabeth was are server and was very accommodating. She did not ruch us. We went to watch NFL game and they had plenty of TVs not a bad seat in the house. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

The chicken burger was hands down the driest chicken burger I've ever eaten in my life. It must of died of all age, I couldn't finish half of it. Waitresses were very pretty but it was really off putting when we were paying by card and she said " TIP BY CARD ?". we were going to tip her in pesos but decided not to leave a tip at all as she stormed off when we didn't pay a service charge. She basically told us to "f off then" with her attitude so we did. Chips were lovely tho haha

Worst Hooters I've ever been to. I went by myself to lunch. I had two beers, ten wings, fries, and I brought home a piece of cheesecake...for $55 before tip. They charge more than menu prices and if you pay in American dollars they charge you a conversion rate. I paid 10% extra for using dollars, which I was not told about, I read it on the receipt after I paid. The wings were probably half the size of American Hooters, the fries were okay but cold, cheesecake was good. The restaurant smelled like that mildew smell you get in warm vacation spots. Something in the AC I think.

Awesome! Here during peak NFL season, didn't know if I'd be able to see my game. They came through. Tons of TVs, game audio and every game. Service was phenomenal!! Food is typical Hooters, no complaints! Your go-to for games in Cancun!!

Expensive food and mediocre service. Not worth 400 MXN for some chicken breast strips and some curly fries. No type of bread to offer although they do have some bagels in other dishes. If you want to take away, they charge for that too. And then they ask you to tip although you are taking away. Not worth.

Stopped by for lunch and had one of the burgers. The food was actually much better than I was expecting, and service was good too. Was on the pricey side, but I guess that's kind of to be expected based on the location and it being a chain.

Hooters is a fantastic casual spot that offers beautiful views of the ocean. Although it's known for its attractive waitresses, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. Even the seafood was fresh and delicious, which exceeded our expectations for a budget-friendly place. Overall, it's an excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend it for a quick and cheap bite with refreshing drinks.

So much food we couldn't finish it, also the girl told me the vegetarian menu was actually brand new that day, so they have now many more options, but the burger wasn't the best, very salty talking as a vegetarian they can make it better, for all the other the girls looks genuine happy when singing happy birthday son celebrating in the Mexican way.

Samara was an excellent server! She was willing to let me try and order in español and help correct my sentence. We had a lot of fun here and the food was excellent too. We recommend the boneless wings.

Great burgers! Nice staff. Good aircon. Beer was a bit expensive with a lack of choice, and the decor was a bit dated. All in all, we enjoyed our experience 😀

Great place to watch your favourite sports while you are drinking a cold beer the food is a normal classic american style like burguers, sandwich and wings nice and tasty. be patient whit the service.

Great first time experience, Marely was our hostess and was so kind and constantly checked all week needed. Told us about the speicals. We also had Ana who kept the drinks flowing for us!

We had a great time. Marianna is an excellent server. She took care of us and the ladies are beautiful and friendly. We highly recommend dining at Hooters
