this was probably the most unique and coolest food experience i ever had. all the dishes are pre-set, except for the main course and dessert. there were around 12-15 small courses, grouped into various categories: cocktails, snacks, tapas, main courses, pre-dessert, and dessert (see photos for my customized take home menu)! at times i wasn't even sure what i was having since they looked so cool (lol), though the servers did a great job explaining every dish! for a fine dining experience, it is definitely one of a kind. especially for the price, definitely worth it, and was by far the best food at grand oasis. highly recommend if staying at the resort!

This place is located inside the Grand Oasis. Let me tell you it's the BEST place I have been in my life. It is so different. Everything is tapa style but the way the food is made it works since your senses. If you are in Cancun you must visit this place. I wish they had one in the USA. They guve you 17 entrees that are small portion but you will get so full. Service is superb!!!!!

Always a phenomenal experience. You have to make a reservation in advance but I will tell you it is definitely recommended. We bought a bottle of wine in conjunction with the food experience and let me tell you it added to the experience. It’s a beautiful time both with the exquisite set up but also with the tastes that you are introduced to as you eat the unique mexican meals. Customer service as always is 100%.

Well unfortunately we've been trying to make reservations for over a month while we were stateside., We even had the concierge at the property we're staying at make our reservations a week in advance. No one at Ben Azusa ever answered or returned emails or returned WhatsApp notifications. Eventually I took a cab from our property to Ben Azusa to make reservations the night of and unfortunately we found that there was no availability so something we've been planning on for several months was not succeeded because of horrible communications and lack of response from Ben Azusa. We've heard that the food experiences incredible but the customer service is horrible as we found out!!

When my family went to Benazuza we were told an incorrect date by the registration person and we showed up at the restaurant a day late. The staff at Benazuza still got us in and we were very pleased that they squeezed us in anyway. The experience was very cool. They started off with the most interesting "drinks" that you actually ate and then we were moved into the restaurant where we were given full attention and was explained what we were served and in what order we should eat the dishes. This experience is very calculated and intriguing.

If you don't have any food allergies and you want to enjoy a variety of bursting flavors. This is the place to be. By the time, the main course came, I was full. The service.. From waiter Alan to out wine server. Excellent service. 10 star.

Super amazing restaurant. The service, attention, food and experience is unique. Best restaurant I been in Cancun. The chef is one of a kind, a true artist and cook. I would get back in my next trip without doubting it. They have the best of the best. A very comfortable beautiful place. Very recommended.

This would be a great place to eat if you could actually make a reservation. Have called repeatedly, tried what’s app and email to several different addresses, and have never gotten through or gotten a response from anyone. 👎

Service was excellent. Food good but interesting. Formal/ Semi Formal attire was required but more casual was seen. Definitely no open toes shoes for men.

Benazuza is quite literally the best food I’ve ever tasted. In April we came to visit and experienced the tasting menu which was an absolute dream come true! Our waiter Emilio made us feel so very welcome as well. The ambiance from the moment you walk in the door sets the mood for a meal to remember. We loved it so much we planned our next trip back and dined at Benezuza again 5 and a half months later. The menu has changed a little but equally amazing!! We were blessed to get to meet the head chef Ignazzio who raved over his wonderful team. From Emilio’s familiar smile and welcome to our wonderful waiter, Jafet, this somehow made for an even better evening than I remembered. Thank you to the whole team at Benezuza and the Grand Oasis Cancun for so many memories!

What an experience. This restaurant is amazing! The ambience is outstanding, service was perfect and the food is amazing. It’s an incredible experience with little bites of tasty food, until comes the main dish. Our meat was cooked to perfection. We went to our anniversary dinner and we left very happy. I highly recommend.

The best experience in Cancún. You have to do a reservation if you want to take dinner. The menu it's a creation of the Chef Sergio Ignacio De la Mora, who is a fan of the famous Ferran Adria Acosta. The name Benazuza, comes from the HOTEL HACIENDA Benazuza in Sanlúcar la Mayor a town near from Sevilla, Spain, consider the new El Bulli. Very cool. This will take a couple of hours. Get reservations days ahead. Drinks are not included in all inclusive. Including the water.

This was an incredible experience! I had never had this type of meal before (different courses without choosing from a menu) and it was amazing. The service was incredible and it was so cool having different foods throughout the meal. I do think this is a one time experience, but I am so glad I was able to have this experience.

Now this an experience you should not miss.Food was fantastic. Service was very informative and attentive. We did the wine pairings which I would recommend. The sommelier is very knowleadgable and it is a chance to try Mexican wines.
