One of favorites here in cancun. Can't go wrong with the food, the live music and the amazing service. Angel was our waiter and he was on top of everything we needed or if we had any questions regarding what was on the menu also with recommendations.

So we are at the Royal Sands Resort in an all inclusive vacation, which includes the amenities at the other Royal resorts as well. So we made a reservation here and had a great dinner. Our server was Lionel, and assistant waiter Franchesca. Let me tell you that the service alone was worth 5 stars (probably 6). They we super attentive and took extremely good care of us. The food was prompt and had a 5 star presentation! Everything looked AMAZING! The taste of the food was very good overall, not great, but very good. If you’re looking for a nice meal, with GREAT service and presentation, you won’t be disappointed!

Outstanding food, first class service, awesome atmosphere, the perfect evening. Dinner at this restaurant was the most delicious food. Alejandro made our night. The quality of his service was outstanding. His kindness and his attentiveness was heart warming.

French Restaurant with the best steak! The food was incredible, if part of the Royal Resort guest half the dishes come with an additional surcharge but the experience was worth it!

Disappointing. Have eaten here many times in past. Seated 10 min before waiter showed up. No wine list. Wine choices poor. We both ordered steak medium. 1 was med. Mine rare. Biggest issue was all staff were running everywhere. Very hectic. Waiters passing me created a breeze rushing so much. Busboy reaching across me to clear. Whole place was noisy and very hectic. Not my experience at other fine dining. Ordered side mash potatoes. got smallest scoop of potatoes I have ever seen. For $5. Duran was great. And a black burned carrot.

If you have the chance, make a reservation ahead of time and go to this restaurant. The food was phenomenal, some of the best I ever had. I was totally blown away!

My wife and I went last night for dinner the customers' service was exceptional from the front desk to the end. The food was delicious. Definitely, I will be back next year. Complements to the chef.

Lamb chop was so nice. The plate was the best lamb chop that I've ever had and even better than the one from 5 stars hotel restaurant. And, staffs were so nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant was also good with guitar playing.

We were told by our concierge that Saturday would be easier reservation to get because Friday is a special 6 course meal and costs extra $. We went to book for Saturday evening since we can only reserve the day of but we find they are closed on Saturdays. What resort closes a restaurant on a weekend for all inclusive customers. It would be one thing if they told us in the beginning of our stay on Tuesday, but nothing of being closed on sat. Rip off!

Delicious and expensive! An appetizer, entree, glass of wine, and dessert can cost anywhere from $75-$100/person including the tip. Depending on how many courses and drinks one gets, the cost will definitely exceed $100/person. My husband and I still believe it’s worth the splurge, but would always moderate alcohol consumption!

Service was excellent and the food was spot on. Live music was very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

This restaurant is wonderful the food is good the staff is impeccable but couple but we had several issues with reservations not reservations, Especially after the concierge call and made reserve our reservation, that's something that they need to work on.
