What leaves something to be desired is the attitude of the receptionist who was there last night, bad attitude, unfriendly and rude. And on the other hand, poor service from the clinic for not offering face masks if they know that in certain specialties the doctor requests it, I say this because paying for a consultation of $1,400 does not take away anything from putting a box of face masks at the reception for patients as they do. In other clinics, an elderly woman had to turn around twice to get a mask. Ah! And they do not accept payment by card, but the receptionist does not inform you when you call to make an appointment, even though you tell them that it is your first time at the Clinic. What a shame because the reception leaves a bad taste in your mouth even though there are excellent doctors on site.
