You pay for the experience: RosaNegra is an upbeat and loud restaurant with club like entertainment combined with fine dining. Every hour there’s some kind of a show or fireworks. The fire show was extraordinary. You will find in house DJ and drummers who keep you entertained. If you like quiet and peaceful dining, then this is not the place. Every item on menu that we ordered was amazing and delicious. We ordered Kobe Beef burger 10/10, Burrata 10/10 and rack of lamb 9/10 along with drinks. The bill was high but since we had an amazing overall experience, we left with full belies and happy faces.

Fabulous experience! I would recommend Rosa Negra to everyone comes to Cancun. Though the food was not that impressive, we spent unforgettable night there. The had fire show and firework show every night, at around 9:20 and 10:20. If you would like to see both, you’d better to come for dinner after 8:30(reserve a table in advance) The fire show was really exciting and impressive. Kids were happy eating here, too. When I was about to order some desert, they offered a complete cake making set for our kids. They were so happy making cake and also had such a great desert made by themselves. Not only these. The manager also brought some fancy lollipops. My little girl was so happy saying:”mom, can we come here for dinner tomorrow?” Happy kids, happy parents:)

Every aspect of this place was a 10/10. Service was as good as it gets, the drinks and food were out quick and very tasty and the fire show at 9pm was awesome! Sometimes you spend a few hundred dollars and feel disappointed but I could’ve spent even more at this place and not have cared one bit. We will definitely come back to RosaNegra again for sure!

This is my second time here! This place is an absolute stunner! The service, the food portions, the prices, the atmosphere! Did I mention the service? Come see Juan Carlos, he is an connoisseur! This place should be a 7 Star just like the hotel Burj Khalifa in Dubai! My family & I adore this place! They are so considerate to any dietary restrictions. NO PORK & NO CHICKEN ON THE WHOLE MENU.

One of the most memorable nights of our visit to Cancun was the dinner we had here at RosaNegra. They do a fire dance performance every night at 9pm (although it gets crowded quickly so get there with ample time), which was awesome to see. The servers are friendly, fun, and high energy. We celebrated my birthday and told them about the occasion, and they brought out a sparkler and small cake to me as a surprise!! The food was divine, and their house cocktails are beautifully presented. At one point they handed EVERYONE sparklers as they blasted Sweet Caroline, the entire restaurant (including staff) sang along to the chorus. Super fun!! If you plan on having at least one nice/fancy dinner during your stay, you MUST have it at RosaNegra!

Great location and setting. The sunset is breathtaking and would highly recommend timing your reservation for then. The food is very good. Slightly expensive but that is expected for the location and service. The service was excellent we had a very attentive waiter that did an amazing job of making us feel well taken care of. Only negative is that management tries to push the expensive plates pretty strongly so be aware of that. The vibe was amazing, they had great energy and did a fire show after sunset that was very fun. Final note, the team asked if there was an occasion and we told them it was our anniversary, they were very kind offered us a flute of champagne each and a complimentary cake. How nice is that! Overall definitely go there if in Cancun but don’t be carried away by the 150$+ items, the regular ones have some serious hidden gems! (e.g., seafood rice)

The vibes here will have you out of your seat having such a good time. The food was amazing. The Shisha was good as well. The scene is breath taking on the water. The view is something you won't ever forget. Everyone in this restaraunt was having such a good time. It was like everyone there was family. I met some great people here as well. I will definitely return.

By far the best spot in Cancun restaurant wise. If you want a good vibe with great American music, and a great show, then check this spot out. We were able to stay and watch two shows. The shows were AMAZING. The waiters and waitresses were super lit. Champagne Papi was a great server and provided excellent customer service. The food was solid. Small portions, but the rice the I had was the bomb.

We were recommended to come here for our anniversary dinner by a local friend and this place did not disappoint. Suggest making a reservation if you plan to come for dinner as the place will fill up. We dined on the dock and had a lovely view of the water and even watched the RosaNegra boat dock into the water as the sun set. They did not have any chicken options however our server was able to accommodate my husband as he does not eat seafood or beef. You are given soft bread with various dipping sauces. I ordered the lobster and it was tasty and huge. It came with a clarified butter and a sweet type of darker butter sauce. We were surprised there was German hookah available and ordered a blueberry mint which was very smooth. The drinks were good, we ordered cocktails, so no special show there, I think if we had ordered shots or a bottle, staff would come out and celebrate with sparklers. We had two servers so were a little surprised when we had to keep asking for more drinks instead of being offered them when our glasses emptied. We were just about done with our meal and learned there was also a fire show at about 9p. We had front row seats to the fire show and it was an amazing surprise end to our dinner. Everything was lovely, I would only note that we did tell the staff we were celebrating our anniversary and they acknowledged that several times but nothing special was done to that regard. The prices are up there but it was in line with the service and atmosphere. All in all we quite enjoyed ourselves and would love to return.

This was an incredible dining experience! It was my birthday and the staff was amazing. Eating here is treat for all your senses...not only is the food delicious, the entertainment, and hospitality was top notch! Santillan was attentive and made each guest welcome. Cecilio, our server was friendly conscientious of all he's tables and made sure you were taken care of. I would recommend this restaurant and would definitely return!

Fanciest restaurant I’ve been to. We went on a Friday night and experienced really cool fire show at 9pm. Staff and servers were very attentive and food/drinks were mind blowing. Great place to celebrate occasions! Prices were average compared to other places

The has not disappointed. We when two times. Don’t go if looking for a quiet place. This place all about great up tempo atmosphere. Dinner is great, however dessert is delicious.

This was a very cool dining experience! Exciting, high-energy atmosphere with great food and drinks. Service was great and the restaurant and its facilities were beautiful. We were able to order the signature cocktails without alcohol. The steak was delicious, and many of the dishes come with fun surprises.

Beautiful venue gave us romantic table by the water outside. Energetic staff great service. Fine dining great flavors. Enjoyed the grill octopus and crab bisque. They were out of bone marrow and mushroom risotto unfortunately. Music was too loud and fireshow too close to people. Ribeye was fatty.

Amazing experience! Highly recommend this restaurant for the food, service, and atmosphere. Went here for my birthday and sat outside for the sunset. Absolutely stunning views of the bay! The service was the best. The staff speak excellent English and they were all so nice. They were able to help me log in to the wifi and access the menu (all menus are online - no paper menus and the menu is different from the one on their public website). We ordered the guacamole, ceviche, and tuna empanada as appetizers and wow they were all so delicious! They do serve you complimentary bread and tostadas with 3 salsas ranging in spice level. Main courses we ordered were the Alaskan king crab legs grilled and carnitas tacos. So tasty! You can tell the chef puts a lot of effort into the food. Everything was perfect and delicious. We got the giant churros for dessert and they brought it out with a sparkler to celebrate my birthday. How fun! After sunset, a DJ started up and the servers really get the customers into it and have fun with it. Everyone is clapping and dancing. Great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Also try the Mezcal! Ended up spending USD $300 but we got 3 appetizers, 4 drinks, 2 main courses, and a dessert. Worth it for my birthday dinner.

Vibes vibes vibes! Went on Saturday for our 9pm reso. Got there a few minutes early and THANK GOD we did. Had to wait a bit for our table outside but got there just in time to be shuffled from our table to the lower deck for the fire show! The energy at this place is intoxicating. Everyone chanting and singing and doing shots all around you. We had some sashimi, tuna steak, salmon and the giant churro. All were lovely! Overall the ambiance is why you go and I would 1000% recommend everyone make the effort to go while in Cancun if they can indulge. Honestly you can easily spend $250 at a normal dinner in Boston for two people without all the fun so this was beyond worth it.

RosaNegra in Cancun has great staff and entertainment. The food and drinks were good but the cost is extremely pricey. The menu is al la carte, so be prepared to spend big bucks. We paid $700+ USD for a party of two.

Wow!!! Fantastic experience. It's not only fantastic food, but the show and "after-show" were fantastic! Juan Carlos, Fortunato and Paty took such special care of us. Took their time to allow us to take ours. Go for dinner and stay for the show after. I see now why we were recommended to come here. You have to try it when in Cancun. Allow for approximately 3 hours. You'll appreciate it.

Rosa Negra is hands down my favorite restaurant in North America. My husband and I love this place. It’s always such a great time, with a fire show, DJ, dancing, hookah and the incredible staff. Ana Rosa and Juan Carlos waited on us this past time and they were so attentive and wonderful. This is a must if you’re in Cancun.

We thought we had reserved an upscale, tasty quiet restaurant.. it was definitely upscale and tasty, and whoooole lot more! The fire dancing, fireworks and hand held sparklers were a lot of fun. Service was fantastic! The food was REALLY good. Totally worth the price. Our only complaint was the volume of music.. it was way too loud, we had a hard time hearing our servers, then hearing us, us hearing each other. Other than that it was fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this restaurant to celebrate my coach's birthday, and I have to say it was an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a vibrant and energetic atmosphere that really set the tone for the evening. The restaurant was huge and beautifully decorated, with plenty of space for our group to sit outdoors and enjoy ourselves. Despite being full, the staff were always available and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The live music and dancers really added to the festive atmosphere, and we were all blown away by the incredible firework display at the end of the night. It was truly a memorable way to celebrate our coach's special day.

This was one of the funnest meals we had in Cancun. The food and view are both amazing. They have a firework show off the dock that was a pleasant surprise. We loved the deconstructed Chile en nogada appetizer. Would order the seafood tower at next visit as this looked great. This is the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, and I’d fly in to celebrate here - it was that fun!

We went to lunch there while visiting Cancun. We had a wonderful experience! The staff was very professional and attentive. The food was very good. We also celebrate my niece’s birthday and everyone one in the restaurant joined in the celebration! We had a great time.

The atmosphere was amazing and the staff was so much fun. The food was so beautifully presented but just didn't taste very good. My fish tacos were very "fishy" and my daughter's salmon burger was not good at all. My husband seemed to like his barbacoa but didn't love it. After spending over $400 USD for 3 meals and a couple of drinks I felt ripped off.

Rosa negra is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The food is fantastic and the ambiance is out of this world. If you ever go to Cancun.. this place is a MUST. Try to make reservations so you can sit in the patio. And make sure you don’t miss the night show

You will not regret coming here.....The ambience of this place sets a whole mood The servers were so attentive, the Mgr comes to your table to personally greet you. The Pyro show is amazing. They even serve you champagne in the restroom....need I say more.....

RosaNegra was an excellent dining experience. Our party of five had reservations and were seated promptly upon arrival. The wait staff was extremely helpful, attentive, and fun. The cocktails were creative and refreshing. The meal's presentation was amazing - honestly, this is a gross understatement - and the food tasted wonderful. Our steaks were prepared exactly the way we requested. The deserts that were ordered for the table were also tasty. This place is an experience. After our meal there was a show on the dock that involved fire dancers and and fireworks. Overall, it was a real good time.
