Locals paved public place more than a park per se. Nice vibe with lots of street food, bars etc. Lots of local young families, very safe and considerably cheaper than the tourist hotspots.

This a great outdoor park for small children with plenty of seating, food vendors and other activities. The exotic go carts for the kids are really great. If your visiting Cancun get off the beating path and hang with the locals.

We took the ADO bus down town looking for a place to eat. I found Cheester on the map close to the bus station. It was a short walk. We were informed by the waiter that the food served two people. We picked the Thai Pasta and Cheester salad. The food was fantastic. I couldn't/didn't want to stop. I don't think I have ever tasted such good tasting food. I wish there was a restaurant like this near me but I might put on too much weight.

Food is really good and comes in huge portions! I like the vibe of a not too crowded family friendly restaurant . The waiter didn’t speak English but did everything he could to understand me and help me understand him, including using Google translate on his phone!! Over great experience.

Food was good. Service was a little slow. The toilet was not working when I visited. Really good lemonade. Try the green one!

Very good breakfast place. Not very friendly owners. Basic breakfast like eggs, omelets and food coffee

Checked out the place Saturday night. It's a great place to interact with locals, enjoy cheap greasy street food (tacos el pastor 5 pesos and 1/2 dozen churros for 30 pesos) and watch excellent "free" performance on the main stage. You can easily spend 1-2 hours.

Not too close to what and American would think as good Italian pasta dishes. Wrong cheeses and pasta but they give good effort. Fresh break was great and I think the pizzas would be better than average also. Great service! Friendly crowd and atmosphere. Small place with outdoor seating. HUGE PASTA PORTIONS.

Very tasty pizza and very friendly service. The restaurant itself is unique and colorful and a good family or date night atmosphere. One pizza is big enough for 2. They have delicious desserts as well. Staff are limited in English but they are still always ready to help and super friendly.

For people not knowing Cheester; it’s a place where they serve huge portions of pasta, which are meant to be shared by 2 or 3 people. We ordered the pasta with shrimp and white wine sauce, which was terrific and had a lot of shrimp. The pasta was around $250, which is very little taking into account 2/3 people can eat from it. The soda’s are knock-off, but still pretty good and they come in giant pints. Would definitely recommend this place, for couples its fun to just share the past straight out of the plate.

Family was spending a week in Cancun at a resort in the hotel zone. We wanted to go into town and find some local market to do some shopping and mix with the locals. Cheester was right across the street from a local park that also has an evening market with food and stands. It was our second visit here, first one was before COVID and this one was after. We are a large family with 5 kids and so finding a place that satisfy’s a variety of needs is always great. The wood fired pizza’s are big and will feed 2-3 and plates of pasta are the same, feeding 2-3. This lets us eat family style with everyone getting variety. They make amazing smoothies that the kids love as well. Seating outside and inside is good and the facilities are very clean. After dinner we walked around the market and took in the local scene. We hired a van to take us to the restaurant and just road the bus back to the resort. Super easy and fun, we would recommend it to anyone staying at a resort in Cancun that wants to get out of the resort zone and take in some of the local scene.

Don't be scared by the prices shown on the menu. The taste and quality of food are above average. It is virtually two for one except drinks as every plate of food provided is large enough for two adults. Excellent value for the money spent. Tipping is voluntary. Highly recomended.

We tried both the pasta and the pizza. The portions are definitely for two people but we think that it's mostly due to the amount of fat and cheese they use in the food. Their portions look like something I normally eat alone back in Sweden. The food is good but not great. The pizza was the best of our two meals. The pasta was a big disappointment. It was so much cream and not much flavor..

this place had a really cool, fun vibe with great music. the staff were awesome as well and the pizza was delicious! they will give you some chips and dips as well, but beware when they tell you the habanero dip is spicy — it’s not a lie! :D

It’s a good restaurant. The food was delicious, the habanero sauce was wonderful. The service was excellent and waiter’s were friendly. The meal was little expensive, but I loved it. I recommend it the place. Is a nice place. <3

This is the best restaurant in Cancun! Giant portions, tasty food and friendly service. Remember that the portions are meant for 2 people! I will definitely come back again.

😠 This is the first time here and I ordered an omelette with veggies and cheese. When I seen it first I was kind of irritated how they just put the veggies in the omelette but I must admit it was very good. As you know already I like it simple, fresh, and good. The dish came with chips and an awesome...
