I recently stayed at the Atanaya Hotel and was thoroughly impressed by their fantastic swimming pool. The pool was not only immaculately clean but also beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Whether you're looking to soak up the sun on a comfortable lounge chair or take a refreshing dip in the crystal-clear water, the pool area at this hotel has it all. It's an oasis of tranquility that added a touch of luxury to my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better spot to cool off and enjoy some quality leisure time during my vacation.

The hotel is quite good, the rooms and bathrooms are quite clean. Some rooms have connecting doors so it would be great for quite a big party. TV channels are not good, it's blurry and very limited. Service is quite good overall. Foods are just okay, nothing is special, the breakfast provided is enough to fill your stomach to start your day.

We spent two nights 18 - 20 April 2023 at Junior Suite Room with 2 beds (Super King 200x200 and Single). Room was clean and cold with comfy beds. Our room is located behind the hotel, so we slept well because quite far from busy street infront of hotel. Breakfast was decent and good teste. Roof top pool was beautiful. Krisna Oleh2 is just next to the Hotel is as a plus. Near go to place to eat and also near to Trans Studio Bali. Overall Recommended for family.

another favorite hotel to stay in Kuta area, the hotel is well maintained, cozy and clean, there's a swimming pool in the rooftop, sadly i can't review the restaurant bcs i didnt visit there and last but not least the staff are so helpfull and friendly, location of the hotel are strategist, also side by side with krisna, u just only have to walk for 5 minutes.

The staff are great and nice. Helpful staff never said no to our requesta for towel of extra pillow. Even changed rooms when we requested. But.... Its old and absolutely in needbfir a revamp. Toilets, rooms, beds all could use a bit of newness. We stayed at a good price but were fooled by the images on booking .com A bit far away from the beaches, need a ride on a main road. Our room was on the roadside. Busy road a lot of noise all night.

Toilet very small, room and bed is fine and clean. Hotel doesn’t provide bottled water however they provide jugs and cup and guest can refill water in the common area beside the lift. The jugs and water boiler however should be replaced with new ones since there water stains on the mouth so I don’t dare to use. The television works well and there are many channels to choose from. Location of hotel is nearer to western depensar area, nearest to Legian Beach. Room is near to the road so it can be a little noisy at times where traffic honking. Overall is ok. Nearby 1 min jay walk there’s a mall and convenient store. A longer 5-10mins walk there’s McDonald Burger King

It's a good hotel with a very nice pool that opens till around 10 or 11pm. Please keep it that way. Many people go for the tours on the day time and when they're back, it's nice to take a swim. Breakfast is okay, but more variation will be lovely.

The rooms are acceptable for what you pay. Let's face it, it's in a central location, very busy, quite noisy, and the accommodation is budget by Australian standards. Taking that into account, the rooms were clean and presentable. The cleaners came to the room everyday as they should. The safe was faulty, the staff replaced it with yet another faulty safe. After asking them to change it for the 3rd time and realising that that this 3rd safe was also faulty, I gave up on having it changed. So I went without an operating safe. I don't think any of there safes work. If you ask the staff to call you a taxi, MAKE SURE YOU SPECIFICALLY REQUEST a BLUEBIRD TAXI and when you get into said taxi, be sure to make sure that the driver puts the METER on STRAIGHT AWAY. Otherwise you will almost certainly get ripped off! For the price paid, the Atanaya was certainly fair. I don't recommend room service or their buffet breakfast, but that's just me. Breakfast is everything from fresh fruit, to soups, fried rice, noodles, etc. You could also choose cereal, or toast. Personally I didn't enjoy it, but some may. The staff were polite, respectful and helpful in my dealings with them. I became ill as I was not accustomed to the food and/or climate and the staff from the Atanaya put me on to a local and reputable dr, and showed concern, which was nice. If you want a holiday where you stay in your hotel room to relax, this place is probably not for you. Because it's so hectic outside. Lots of traffic, especially motor bikes or motor scooters. However, if you want to venture out most days, and are just using the hotel as a place to sleep, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. Keep safe everyone! 🙂

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but the cleanliness was not sufficient. We stayed in one of the Super Deluxe rooms and the canopy over the bed was not clean. There was a lot of gecko poo on top of the canopy and if you touch the canopy from underneath a lot of dust fell on the bed. I used to live in Bali and always cleaned on top of the canopy at least once a month. I recommend that the hosts try to do this too. On a positive note, the garden and pool area are gorgeous! The staff members are helpful and the joglo designs are beautiful.

I had a horrible stay. It was an extremely dirty hotel. The bedsheets and towels were stained and messy, the bathroom had a leak, and the loo was also terribly stained. What shocked me were the cockroaches because there were so many. I stayed here for 3 nights and it was very disappointing. The Wi-Fi was very poor and the kettle would not work. Even the breakfast was quite bad. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms was not that great tbh. Sink was leaking, lights were not working properly. But the service was wonderful, the hoteliers were so friendly + they even fix the sink without even asked by me on the first day after i came back to the hotel. The location itself is the star of the show, with many food available around 1-10 minutes from the hotel (LaoTa, Samsam merekak, sate babi bawah pohon, etc). Overall would definetly came back.

The only criticism I have is that the menu prices were NET but I was charged extra ++, when my wife (Indonesian) ordered she got charged nett.

It’s a 2 star hotel at best that’s either got its four star rating purely from facilities with no regard at all for quality or through more illicit means. The whole place is a dump - it’s dirty and smells. Would prefer any villa over this. Would only recommend if you’re on a very tight budget and somehow you can’t find a decent Airbnb villa for the dates you’re booking.

Stayed here for 1 week. Had an executive King room which was nice and big as expected, with a nice bathroom and king size bed. Bed was great! Just the right level of soft/firm with small memory foam topper. Staff are very friendly, every time you walk past reception they will all greet you or give you a nod. Very helpful when we had kettle issues (replacement didn't work either) so the engineer came to test the electrics in the room, turned out to be just 2 dodgy kettles! Was rectified nice and quick though. Breakfast was good. Didn't know what to expect, but a big buffet of Asian dishes, then cereals, porridge (bubur) and toast and eggs. Nice selection of two different juices a day which rotated and lots of tea and coffee. As a westerner with allergies meaning I can't eat alot of Asian food, I managed to get a good size breakfast every day. Wait staff are helpful and bring things to your table such as eggs and toast. Rooftop pool is amazing. We only used it once, and the seating area by it a few more times, but it is a great addition, perfect for coming back to if you've been out for a long walk to cool off. They serve drinks and food up there too. Restaurant, is a bit disappointing, very very small portions. Good portions for a lite bite, but not to fill you up for dinner. Finally location is pretty good, but a 20-30min walk to the beach and 20-25min walk to legion street (main Street). This would usually be ok, however the streets are so full of mopeds and road users, it can take twice as long, as you have to sometimes wait 3-4 mins to cross any road you come across safely! We ended up walking to places then getting a Grab back. Finally, the rooms didn't have that great soundproofing. We had a small/toddler sized child in the room next to us who was VERY noisy at all hours of the night. We didn't complain, but I'm sure if we did it would have been handled properly by the staff. Good hotel, great staff, but think we would book more central if we were to come back.

Had an amazing honeymoon with Atanaya! They're very helpful, CUSTOMER ORIENTED, and the staff have a good initiative! A strategic place to stroll around!! We love their porridge and Waffles!!! Their service went above and beyond our expectations, and we will certainly be back soon.

So far so good, they have promotions for swimming at their pool rooftop you can check on their instagram, clean places and the staff so friendly. Jadi pas renang staff tidak terlalu lihat2 sangat jadi so comfy enjoy privacy time

Nice hotel, clean and tidy. Nice view from rooftop pool. Next to Krishna oleh oleh and convenient store such as Circle K, Indomaret and MiniMart. Staff are friendly and welcoming, breakfast also not bad. Surely will come back again if next time i come to Bali

The service/SOP needs improvement. Other than that, it's a nice hotel with affordable price. Fast food restaurants are within walking distance, and there's a few 24h minimarts around.

I was only eating at their restaurant, so I don't know of their room. The restaurant was clean, the service is fast, the food is quite good for hotel food. The public restroom is very clean too, a sign that this hotel is serious in reviving their level of service post pandemic

Big bed. Room rate is perfect for short stay or transit. Good location just beside Krisna Oleh-oleh and many restaurants nearby.

I've been at the Atanaya Hotel Bali several times. I experienced and enjoyed very good service... The facilities are adequate just to relax with family and friends, as well as for business matter...

Excellent value for money. Attentive and friendly staff. The rooftop pool a real bonus.

I loved my time at this hotel and would definitely recommend to anyone. The hotel had breakfast services which has amazing delicious foods. The pool was amazing. Hotel staff was very kind and the beds were very comfortable. Location was also nice.
