Location is great close to very much anywhere. Hotel kind of need remodelling. Staff needed to pay more attention to the room, I asked to change the sheet because some spot on it and safe was not working because the batteries were dead, need to call them ti change the battery, shampoo was out the second day and had to call to refill.

I have stayed with Eden in Seychelles so thought of trying it in a Bali as well. And, usual I had a great stay. They have lovely ambience, good food and great staff. Closer to Kuta beach and many shopping centre’s. Hope to visit back soon.

I would classify this hotel as a 3*+ hotel. The amenities that were provided in the room definitely resembles a 3* hotel. But the addition of 2 separate swimming pools, clearly shows it as a 4 star hotel. The rooms itself were equipped with the usual 4* amenities, only lacking in facial tissue. They were also functional, and spacious, they also sport a balcony in each room. The breakfast spread was rather limited, they don't even provided bread, only Indonesian cuisine. But for the price posted, this hotel definitely a decent value for money type

The hotel is located in Kuta, near shopping mall, pharmacies, convenient stores and near the beach. The welcome drink were fresh and nice which helped cool down after we travelled a long way. We stayed at the first floor and I have to say that I don't like that choice. The room was small and cozy. Beds were quite small but still comfortable enough. The bathroom was quite dark and smelled bad. Towels were quite old. The safe didn't work and it made some noise like a clock, it was annoying at night so we had to ask the staff to fix it. We really liked the back door lead to the small swimming pool at the back. The area back there was very nice to enjoy with swimming pool and many plants. There were mosquitoes in the room. There were not many choices for buffet breakfast but we enjoyed the juice and instant noodles. The area for breakfast was nice with the balcony to have meal outside. The hotel lobby was quite beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful

A Heavenly Retreat in Bali - 9/10 I recently had the pleasure of staying at the EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali, and it was nothing short of an enchanting experience. From the moment I stepped into the hotel until the day I reluctantly checked out, I was immersed in a world of luxury and relaxation that exceeded my expectations. Location (9/10) The EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali is strategically located in the heart of Kuta, making it the perfect base for exploring Bali's vibrant culture, beautiful beaches, and bustling nightlife. It's just a short walk from Kuta Beach and within easy reach of various shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Accommodation (9/10) The rooms at the EDEN Hotel are spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. I stayed in a Deluxe room with a private balcony, and the view of the lush garden was simply breathtaking. The bed was comfortable, and the room was kept immaculately clean throughout my stay. Dining (8/10) The hotel offers a range of dining options, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The selection was extensive, featuring both local and international dishes. However, I found that the quality of some dishes could be improved. Nevertheless, the friendly and attentive staff more than made up for any minor shortcomings. Amenities (9/10) One of the standout features of the EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali is its fantastic amenities. The swimming pool area is an oasis of relaxation, surrounded by lush tropical gardens and comfortable loungers. The spa treatments offered were indulgent, and I highly recommend trying one during your stay. Additionally, the hotel has a well-equipped fitness center for those looking to stay active. Service (10/10) The staff at the EDEN Hotel truly went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was unforgettable. They were always courteous, accommodating, and ready to assist with any request. Their warm and friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the overall experience. Value for Money (9/10) Considering the level of comfort, service, and amenities provided, the EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali offers excellent value for money. While it may not be the most budget-friendly option, it certainly delivers on its promise of a luxurious and relaxing stay. The EDEN Hotel Kuta Bali is a haven of tranquility in the midst of the bustling Kuta area. Its prime location, comfortable rooms, top-notch service, and fantastic amenities make it an ideal choice for travelers looking to unwind and explore the beauty of Bali. With just a few minor improvements in the dining department, it could easily be a perfect 10/10. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable Bali experience, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

Not a bad hotel… not picture perfect clean rooms…could have been better… also there is no table or chair in the room… I used to write every night on what I did… was not having any place to sit other than bed… there is no separate hand wash, body wash, shampoo concept here… everything is in one bottle…employees were polite… could have been better…

Hotel on main road near most cafes, restaurant, shopping strip and between 2 major shopping centers. Poor experience with the room as the Air-conditioner was not working and after a few complaints the maintenance person came and tried fixing and had to go through the same process a few more times before they changed the room in the middle of the night at 2 am after a few complaints. A person got stuck in the lift as the door was not opening, the management had no idea and were informed few times by me till they realized this had happened.

Very ordinary hotel. Wouldn't visit again. Moved to three different rooms during our 5 night stay. The air-conditioning didn't work in one room, the safe didn't work in another. The shower didn't work properly. The sinks were clogged and overflowing. The cleanliness of the rooms was very ordinary. Very dated hotel. Stayed at a nearby hotel before visiting this one, and for the money we paid at Eden Hotel. We wish we hadn't left our previous hotel.

“Great clean hotel with friendly staff” We stayed at Eden for one night. The cold air conditioner and clean comfortable room was a relief to get to. Really enjoyable experience in the room and it had access to the pool via a door. The pool itself was disappointing, I expected it to be shallow (1.2m) as I read that in other reviews. It was so murky and cloudy though that I didn’t let my son put his head under. Needs a good service! Breakfast is great but focussed on the Asian culture, still enough for us to fill our bellies with. I do wish the hotels would supply filtered water for guests to replenish their water bottles rather than the endless reliance on plastic. Bali as a whole needs to do better and rethink their plastic use. Overall a good one night accommodation with easy transfer to airport arranged by reception.

Not bad for the price. Yes the room/towels are a little dated but not horrible. The pool is nice and the breakfast buffet is good. The wifi is mediocre. Location is good for restaurants but getting beach access is a little tough with all the fancy hotels blocking access. Had to walk through discovery mall.

Room smelt of damp make sure you don't stay on bottom floor... They moved room and same thing happened... Other then that for what you pay it's not all too bad Breakfast option needs to be updated and with more options Pools good, very friendly people who stay there and staff

During our recent stay, we found that the WiFi at the hotel was frequently slow and most of the time not working. We were a little disappointed that the sheets on our bed were not changed at any point during our stay. We feel that changing the sheets at least once during a five-night stay. After we used the towels provided one day, they were smelly in the next day since the room is all locked. Which made us uncomfortable using them again but the hotel did not replace them. Despite that, we were pleased with the overall service provided by the hotel staff. They were welcoming but the hotel is crowded a bit. And, the hotel location is good.

We stayed at Eden for 3 nights Rooms were comfortable and had small balconies. We had a pool courtyard facing room/balcony Washroom and room amenities were decent. Although the linen, pillow covers and towels had a dank musty smell, even in fresh ones The hotel and ample and safe parking for your rented scooters and cars. The best part about Eden is the friendly and hospitable staff. Shout out to the team at reception, front gate security and housekeeping team Thank you for making the start of our Bali trip memorable!

Quite disappointed with the room quality. The toilet was dirty, the shower is a little broken, the towel doesn't smell good, the bed sheet and pillow cover had some black marks... The plus point are the breakfast, many choices and taste quite ok, Staffs are friendly, typical bali hospitality, and cheap room prices.

Rooms are spacious but could have been a little cleaner (mold in shower). I probably would have had a better experience, but my room overlooked the kids pool and they started screaming and yelling at about 8:00 a.m. I did have a great massage in their spa and the girls were really nice there. Location to Kuta beach is perfect. Breakfast was great and overlooks the pool. Bed was comfortable and air con was great.

This hotel is one of the best in Bali. The staffs is friendly and very helpful. Location is great with lots of shops and eateries nearby. It’s also close to the beach. I would definitely come back again.

Greetings from Malaysia, I spend 4days 3night at this hotel, the location is near to tourist attraction, the view is super great, breakfast hotel also wonderful, I love how Balinese staff were polite and always responding to our request. Some other hotels need to rquest to change towels but Eden hotel staff come everyday to clean our room and change towels everyday as well. I love the way they treat us, thank you for the wonderful services

A very well maintained hotel, close to Kuta Beach, shopping, and the airport. The staff where all very polite and curtis. The pool bar is a great place to chill at happy hour, or anytime of the day.

Hotel nearby the Airport, rooms were cleaned everyday and the AC works perfect. Friendly staff and good service. Breakfast was not suited for us, dry pancakes, cold omelettes, no fresh bread etc.. There were many Australian Families making lots of sound at the swimming pool (till 11:30pm). Also many Indians speaking very loud in the hallways at 8:00am. Almost no Europeans.

I have stayed at Eden several times. For me, it’s a really convenient place for an overnight stay after arriving in Bali, or the night before leaving. I also use it before heading to Sanur or Padang Bai to jump on a boat to another island. It’s a good price point, the rooms are decent and the location is perfect.

I don't think this hotel deserves a 4 star. There are no bell boys so you have to carry your luggage all by yourself. They do offer you a welcome drink though. The hotel is quite big, lots of rooms but as you walk down the corridor you can see so many rooms are open and neglected, sighting lack of maintenance, and makes the hotel look a bit scary. The rooms are small, bed is OK. Small balcony. Although clean, if you observe closely deep cleaning is not done. As a whole lack of maintenence is observed. The bathroom didn't even have soap. But AC works fine, there is a fridge and TV works with limited English channels. I went to have dinner but no one was present in the dining area only a kitchen staff so I didn't have dinner there. About food: The breakfast is not that great. Bread, butter, egg sausages are OK but the jam had weird texture. You do get instant noodles and also rice and Indonesian food which didn't taste that great. It has 2 swimming pools. This used to be a good hotel, but I think it lacks maintenance and it attracts local tourists more than international. I stayed here one night only because I had to catch an early flight the next morning and the hotel is very near to the airport. However, the location is good as many happening places are near to this hotel. If you need a really cheap place to stay then this would be it, but being Bali I think there are way more better hotels if you pay a little more.

Hotel is nice, view from swimming pool facing rooms is quite nice but rooms are small. Location is well connected with parts of kuta. Hotel is just opened again for tourist after the pandemic so you will get set breakfast, they are not serving breakfast spread as of now. Overall good experience.

A nice place to stay. But I had an issue with the room's key when I checked in. But I think that was not so disturbing. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but lack of lighting (for my standard). The staff were really helpful.

Overall the Hotel and the service is good. The breakfast was very good. Since we expect the 4 star facilities some of the rooms do not feel like that of 4 Star. But that doesn't mean it is bad. Overall I enjoyed the stay here.

  • 3/5 Jan T. 1 year ago on Google
Claims to be 4 star, I would place it in a 2 star category. Room itself is good, however dated and AC is underpowered. Building needs renovation, carpet needs to be replaced throughout walkways.

Clean and reasonable rooms.. there are hot water, aircon, mini fridge , tv...only problem was kuta beach was about 1 to 1,5 km away..

This is my first time staying at this hotel in bali. What impressed me the most is the hotel is very very well maintained. The service was great and fast response. The room is spacious, clean and has complete amenities. The pool is clean and safe for children. The location is top notch, near malls and great restaurants. Highly recommended and definitely will coming back.

Okay here it is. Pros: 1. Very nice people 2. Good food 3. Decent room look 4. Room service was good 5. Location is great Cons: 1. 80-85 degree room due to AC failing to keep the room cool 2. Pictures online are better than what you get 3. Beds/pillows/blankets hold way too much heat for it being a 85 degree room.

Though the room doesn't face the sea. It was in a good location with access to major spots, restaurants and shopping area. We like our stay here! We had taken about 4 rooms. Memorable vacation with friends.

We cannot begin to express the gratitude we feel for Mr Ardana and Mr Surya for making our stay at the Eden so very memorable. The Eden is a wonderful hotel central to all tourist attractions. This hotel offers so much in the way of a great breakfast, two pools and a Massage relaxation center etc. We as a family occupied two rooms for three weeks in the month of March 2023. Mr Surya and staff have gone above and beyond to insure all of our needs were met. There was also always a welcoming smile from each and every member of staff everyday. They would often stop and have a brief chat no matter how busy their days were. This alone made us feel a part of an extended family. We will most definitely be booking the Eden again later this year in October. Cannot wait to return! Thank you 🙏 so very much to Mr Surya and Staff for your continued kindness throughout our entire experience. We will be back!!!

We stayed in this hotel. Well, actually this hotel is so nice with affordable price, strategic location also the staff is helpful. The room is quite nice, there's a small balcony in it. The room is clean but the bathroom somehow so smelly. But it's okay as long if you close the door. The breakfast menu is so good, you can pick whatever you want. Overall this is a good place to stay, close to the malls also some restaurants.

The room is old, the air conditioner is not cold, there are lots of mosquitoes, calling the technician is still not cold. A 4-star hotel, 3-star breakfast. Even in a 3-star class, there is cereal and fresh milk, this is not there. Cutlery to coffee cups are made of plastic. cloudy swimming pool water 😂

Nice modern clean room. Firm bed. Good air con. Nice pool. Reasonable buffet breakfast. Location ok. Bali is slowly opening up for business.

  • 2/5 Jayantika S. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are run down (maybe post covid), there's rust everywhere and plumbing is not great either, water pressure is low. It says in description it is a 4star hotel but it is at best a 2star. The service is slow. Breakfast options are there but only the live egg counter is palpable. Location is good, not that far from Kuta beach and market. The great thing was every ground floor room had direct access to pool, which I didn't use due to short trip and rainy weather in Bali.

  • 3/5 Shane 1 year ago on Google
ASAP the rooms need to be refreshed. Fittings are worn. Drainage in bathroom area was slow. Air conditioner leaked some water. The safety hook on the door was missing. Linen was clean and bed comfy. A value for money hotel but needs work if it wants to pick up after covid.

Excellent Hotel. Rooms are spacious and filled with all the required amenities. Staff service is soooo welcoming . Pool access is there. Restaurant is also great. Value for money 100 % recommend.

  • 5/5 Nazia O. 11 months ago on Google
Amazing experience. Excellent location with a variety of food places, entertainment and even the beach walking distance from the hotel. Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. I would only hold back on buying the breakfast for its more ethnic and might not be to everyone's taste..enough choice for breakfast close to the hotel.
