Amazing food. The atmosophere too, this is a family restaurant serving family food...Mezze both cold and hot were very very nice, quite big portion too! Try them out! Lamb chops were beyond good. Absolutely worth it.

Fantastic, authentic, freshly prepared Lebanese Cuisine. Professional Chef and Grandmother is in the kitchen busy creating delicious dishes, super family restaurant. Highly recommended.

Really nice restaurant. They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan dishes on their menu, and additionally have several homemade vegan desserts. The food is freshly prepared and really delicious. The owner is very friendly, helpful and aware of allergies/intolerances and therefore able to adapt the dishes. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

This is one of the better dining experiences I’ve had on the Côte d’Azur. The food was excellent and was like homemade - I had a variety of hot and cold mezze and a mixed kebab, lamb, & chicken platter, all were delicious with high quality Ingredients and great spices. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and friendly service. Highly recommended!

My wife and I visit Theoule-sur-Mer 3 to 4 times a year and this is our favourite eating spot in the area. It's cosy, friendly, reasonably priced, and the food is way better than you would expect from a casual bistro, even in France. Book, because it's usually full. We last went there in early April, on a Monday, for lunch, and it was full.

Very special and delicious food, great service, defenitely a recommendation for everybody who visits Théoule.

4 of us had a lovely lunch at Aux Ingredients Libanais. Our waitress is the daughter and her mother the chef. Excellent tasty home cooking, freshly prepared and paired with lovely wine. We will definitely come back next time we visit the Bay of Cannes. Thank you, Ron Webster, Preston, UK

Reasonable restaurant but nothing special. Location-wise the restaurant is on the ground floor of a modern block, on the main coast road, round the corner from the beach. Food-wise, fairly limited selection of mezze and kebabs. Nicely prepared but fairly basic. Wine also very limited choice and quality is ok but not memorable. Service ok. Pricing is rather high for what it is.

Amazing welcome and service. Never tasted lamb this good before. Can’t wait to return
