Friendly customer service. Smooth flat white coffee.

So happy that Muffin Break is re-open for sit down coffee again. Always treat myself to coffee and a muffin after shopping. Tables well spaced, everything clean, coffee hot and strong and Apple cinnamon muffin moist. ☕👌😍💃

Somewhat disappointed with this store. You certainly don't get value for money. A half wrap and coffee for $13 is not good value. The wrap was off and threw it in the bin. At least the coffee was hot. It was a pricy reminder of why I shouldn't waste my money there.

Fast service and delicious food and coffee

The beef wrap was so smelly couldnt tolerate the smell let alone eating it. The tea was so strong and no hot water provided despite my request.

Mmmmm muffins, lots of varieties and great Chai Lattes, choice of coffees, toasties and simple fare etc. Thanks Ray & the team.

The muffins are nice but they never seem to have any of the new items that are mentioned on the main Muffin Break social media pages, and they close so early. They are always packing up hours before their advertised closing times and it makes you feel very awkward and unwelcome. It used to still be quite busy at 4 - 430pm but now you're lucky if the tables are still usable at 3pm.

The Gold class of Muffin Breaks. I always buy a muffin here when I'm in the area. They're staff is lovely. The gf range is great. They even have a lovely gf cake. Today with my muffin came a mini cream cheese tub! Yum.

We come here every week & want to support Ray & his staff. His coffee is awesome as well. Was a little put off by one of his staff blowing her nose then without washing her hands, she put all the new crockery & cutlery away. But never seen this before & sure it is a one off. Will continue to come as I have seen worse at other places.

At 16:25 I was refused a takeaway coffee because they were closed but the Web page shows a closing time of 17:00 !!! I guess business is booming.

We ordered the ice chocolate and it’s sour in taste we asked the team member to get a new one but she said it will taste the same instead of providing new one to us and we straightaway chuck it in the bin. I had coffee from this place alot my time but won’t happen like this.!! Today i was with my best friend and i got very disappointed with this

I visited on Tuesday to have coffee with my mom and the lady serving the coffee was very rude and left the coffee cups on the other side of the table and didn't ask us which cup is for who. She threw cups and left quickly without saying anything. This is the first time I experienced this kind of treatment at this place and I'm not happy.

I have a coffee here 5 days a week and have never had a bad experience or a bad coffee. The staff are always friendly, smiling and helpful and the coffee is always perfect. Would give more stars if I could. Love this place.
