Do your self a favor and don’t even think about buying there please as I am already sick from my stomach 😤😤😤 I will not remove my review as this was extremely disgusting and we all deserve better standards and specifically in food handling!!

Well known spot. Expect a line but service is pretty fast. Cards and Cash accepted. Tamales are authentic; full of flavor and filling. Enjoyed the long drive here and got to know the area since we were already here.

They need to run this restaurant more efficiently. To wait outside in line for 30 min is unacceptable. The price now for a dozen tamales is 21 dllrs. They were small and lacked flavor.

They always have a steady flow of clientele going through their doors. Yes they serve other Mexican dishes but are known for their Delicious Tamales! We always make a stop here whenever we're in town.

Went in today to buy a couple of tamales to satisfy my craving since I am the only one in my household that likes tamales. I ordered two of rojo and two rajas and they told me they couldn’t sell them to me, I could only buy half-dozen or a full dozen but it had to be all in one flavor. I made line and was outside in the cold for them to tell me that!! They could have a sign outside so people are not standing outside in the cold for nothing!!

Lupitas is a great whole in the wall establishment! The Mexican comfort food this place offers is amazing! Everything is made fresh daily the only bad thing I have to say is that the tamales have shrunk in size from prior years of going here (hey I get it though this inflation don’t play) highly highly recommend! You’re missing out if you don’t go at least once if you’re around the area.
