I absolutely love this practice! Everyone is so friendly and helpful - they are also super tech savvy (which I love, no more tedious paper forms when you go for your first appointment). I've seen Dr Amy Freakes a few times now, and she's honestly the best doctor I've had. She takes the time to listen to you, explains things so well and she genuinely cares. I'm so grateful!

I have never ever been to any doctors room who has made me feel like their only patient. From receptionists to doctors - they all make you feel so welcome and comfortable. Sonia Hough is just the most incredible pediatrician who genuinely cares, and you can’t really ask for more value than that especially when it comes to your baby. So grateful I found them xx

Amazing team and great service. We are visiting Cape Town with our 6 months old son. Our son started to feel unwell on a Friday afternoon. The receptionist was so kind to squeeze us in and Dr Freaks took the time to thoroughly check him through and made sure we left with all the information, medication and point of contact in case he would get worse over the weekend. I can highly recommend the practice and team and wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if needed! Thank you so much!

I’m usually very weary of going to the doctor because most tend to gloss over my other issues and just prescribe pain meds. The people here are are very friendly. Dr Amy is exceptional! Wonderful doctors rooms, and Dr Sonia Hough was absolutely fabulous - I was a first time patient and she really took her time in the appointment and made me feel like she truly cared about my well-being. She went above and beyond to follow up with me and I wish I lived in the area and could have her as my usual GP. Highly recommend!

This is TEAM ☆ AWESOME! My goodness, absolutely taken aback by the high level of customer service from reception who are SO incredibly kind, patient and funny! Dr. Hough literally made me cry she is so lovely. A rare find to have a doctor spend time listening but also hearing what's actually going on with me and providing proper care that one so greatly needs and wants. She's a keeper and I can only but highly praise her and the team for this collective experience which prompted me to rate them 10/10. If you need a doctor, want excellent care and before you go on a painful circuit of bad experiences around Sea Point, call them, you will be so thankful you did!
