We quickly popped in to the Slug & Lettuce in Longstreet to grab something to eat before an event we were attending close by. As we are familiar with the franchise we knew we could get something decent to eat without breaking the bank. They had a burger special so most of us went for that, and they were really nice and tasty. My mother-in-law opted for a salad, which did take quite a while to prepare (we were all finished eating by the time it came) - don't know what the issue was, if it always takes this long or if it was just that day. The classic bar atmosphere they have makes this a good spot for a nice, casual occasion.

Good atmosphere. Very interesting decor. Long island ice tea delicious. They had no mojito's. Quaint and can be quite loud, the crowd I mean. Perfect for pre dinner drinks.

I didn't enjoy the sticky chicken wings. It was huge and looked more like turkey wings. It was tough and was definitely not free range at all.

Happy friendly service, and good luck with the slots for the better half. Cold beer, the place needed a clean hence the loss of a star

The bar is small but has a great vibe. If has lots of quirky memorabilia inside. Friendly staff and delicious food. It's mostly pub grub burgers and platters but worth trying. And it has screens which play soccer matches. I highly recommend it.

I was at Slugs & Lettuce for the first time with a few friends, and what we received was not what we were expecting. The food is amazing and its portions are large, the staff was super friendly and made sure that we were having a great time. Good value for money and drinks are so cheap. The karaoke was the highlight of our evening, we love doing things like that, the entire long street was stopping and starring. We will be giving this place another visit with a bigger group of peoples! :) Thank you Team!

The food selection was okay and they have large portions too. I had wings and chips. It was value for money. There aren't a lot of drinks to choose from, in fact there is no drinks menu. There's also Karaoke, Saturday evenings from around 9pm. That was the highlight of the night.

Great breakfast and great service.. Opened a little late but the breakfast was def worth it 👌🏽

Great vibe and nice people working there

I can safely say that it is the worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant. We ordered lunch (3 beef burgers) at 11:45 and it never came. Never. We had to find our waitress by leaving the table multiple times because she was non existent and the only thing she could say was "It's on its way". Eventually we left at 13:00 to an eye roll from the waitress. Worst. Service. Ever.

Great place, small and intimate to escape the rowdiness of Long street. Fries are to die for and their beef burger is hella nice.
