Loved it! The staff are friendly and helpful (there was a small issue with my order, but it was very quickly addressed and amended), the food is pretty damn good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. My stepson had the new Los Pollo Parma which he very much enjoyed. My wife had a large fries and I had the Triple Treat with Chicken Strips and a Waffle for dessert. At R139 it's an absolute bargain! I highly recommend a visit if you're in the area 🍔

Ordering was hassle free and quick , however the portions was smaller then expect but it tasted good. Staff was very friendly I love that !!

Just ordered from Mr D delivery. The food was stone cold. The sauce and tomato was just throw on with hardly cut up red onion. The chips were stone cold as well. The milkshake was runny. Just didn't taste very nice.

We came here late around 6pm we find the place quite,there wasn’t a lot of people we were attended to real quick,and placed our order of meal and drinks.People I was with had burgers and I had my favourite chicken strips,fries and the sweet chilli sauce just the way i like them.We had our savanna’s and the bill for the three of us was less than 500 if I’m not mistaken.The place is close to chicken licken.I love everything about the place music,cleanliness and the service.The parking was just across the road not too far from the restaurant.

A Rocco Mama's Gem. It doesn't have anything particular that makes it stand out like some Rocco Mama's in Cape Town, but the restaurant is run very well by the current manager and most staff are very friendly. I was a regular during university for takeouts and dining in. The food is well prepared, consistent and timely.

Two stars because my latest visit was a bit underwhelming and somewhat disappointing. Got our drink order wrong, chips had so much salt on it its basically inedible. Worst atmosphere I've ever experienced in a restaurant, you couldn't even talk with someone across the table from you! All because they let another table be ao obnoxiously load! Had a look at other tables, same thing, people sitting without saying a word because you cant hear a thing apart from the circus table. They allowed one loud table to ruin the vibe of the entire room!

I love Rocco mama's and their food but last night I had a double cheese burger where the patty was heavily salted and smelt like fish. I asked the waitress to smell the patty to make sure I was not the only 1 smelling the fish and she said it might be the sauce, mind you there was mustard and mayo so how in the world would the sauce be the cause of the fish smell. The waitress informed me she would let them know, I am not even sure who "them" are. I requested my burger to be taken away and nothing was done there after not even a apology for that awful burger.

Arrived in a group of 7. We wanted to be seated inside, however was asked to be seated outside by a waiter. This was understandable because we were a larger group, but the seating was not pleasant, it was basically on the sidewalk outside of the main restaurant and we had to dodge street goers and scorching sun rays. I think this is also why we waited so long for our orders to arrive (+/- 40 min), because the staff simply forgot that we were outside. Plus the inside wasn't busy and new spaces kept opening up inside. It would have been appreciated to be reaccomodated inside as per original request. Food was good though.

They always say they not normal...so now I have tasted it for myself.😚😚😚

I'm so disappointed in the service I got tonight. I'm utterly disappointed in the manner my waiter Queen B treated me and my husband after we just wanted a chilled night out Away from our 2 kids. I got asked in Xhosa what I wanted by a back of house staff member after I had to, go from my table and asked for a drink for me and my husband. As a former employee for a rocomammas store this is a disgrace to the rocomammas stores and please tell your employees not all coloureds do not understand Xhosa. I do and not just that not once queen b (our waiter had a smile on her face). Not just that we were rushed too finish our last drinks due to closing time.

First time ever going to a RocoMamas, friendliest staff, enjoyed it very much.

Ordered on Uber Eats in Stellenbosch. Food never arrived even though reflecting as Delivered. Phoned restaurant, bad attitude from management and staff: told that this was none of their business and that I can order at other restaurant if unhappy. Problem never solved. Clearly you don't want customers.

This was service!! We mentoined to our waitress that we suspect that the cheese sauce might have been slightly burnt. We mentoined this after our meal, with no intention of complaining about it. Within a minute the manager was there to enquire, and when the bill arrived it was removed from our bill. Food is very bad.The wings was still raw,chips was very cold and the burger has no flavor, the patty doesn't have any flavor. I was not satisfied with my food my first time at Rocomamas today and i will never go eat there again.I was literally so upset , i wasted my money , i was never so upset in my life.I had no appetite after my first bite of the burger.

The food is great, and everyone is always friendly. It is definitely one of the best restaurants in eikestad. The interior decor is interesting and fun.

The manager is friendly, helpful, and a people person who ALWAYS has a smile to share with her customers. I always feel welcome and make a point of it to visit, when in Stellies, order our meal, and enjoy a beer while waiting (short duration). Food is always fresh, so I never have to complain or be doubtful. Definitely my go-to takeaways.

The food came before the drinks which I really appreciated. The Americano I had was lovely and my partners Belgium chocolate g shake was delicious creamy and chocolaty. Their service was excellent fast, upbeat and friendly. Their rib special was worth it not just a lot of bones and fat like most places do. I would highly recommend coming here.

Was my girlfriends birthday, so we headed over to RocoMamas for supper. The food and drinks arrived quickly. The kitchen got one of the orders incorrect and we let the manager know, and they were more than happy to redo the burger. Although we did not want that. We did let them know that it was my partners birthday, and they rocked up with a lovely dessert surprise for her. Really happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. Should we be in stellenbosch again, would definitely head over there again.

I am so impressed by RocoMamas response to a complaint i had regarding a "vegan" burger i had there. The burger they offer is actually vegetarian as mayo they use has egg (the actual burger is vegan but not the sauce) but ask for a BBQ based sauce or marinated onion sauce as this will be even better and they are both accidentally vegan as you wouldn't use dairy or eggs in marinade. Looking forward to coming back and trying those alternatives!
