Nando's mozambican paprika chicken, four sides and mojito's. Hits the take-out spot! Fresh and oh so tasty.

Absolute worst experience ever. Ordered a half a chicken and a quarter with chips. I was told it would take 10 minutes. I decided while they were preparing to go to Spar. I arrived 15 minutes later and the food was not even assembled yet although the order said prepared on on of their screens. The quarter chicken was extremely small and the half chicken had been standing so not good at all. I spoke to the manager and only got a pathetic sorry neh. Not on guys, you will lose customers like this.

Used to be the best Nando's when I was younger... Not sure what happened but service is p!$$ poor and they're just don't care... Brought our order with two items missing. Server said they're coming now and proceeded to take a break had to go ask for the stuff several minutes later... Not returning here

This nandos branch always finds new ways to disappoint. The hotpot that I ordered didn't have any chicken in it whatsoever, not even a shred! Very disappointed. And to make matters worse, the customer care employee gave me the contact details for the wrong branch and refuses to assist further! Not okay

Got our order wrong and another table's order from what I noticed. We ordered and paid for 1½ birds, only got 8 pieces of 1 bird. We counted the pieces infront of the waiter and enquired about the rest of our order? The food was good & to normal standard, it was just the tardy service. We then waited forever for a doggy bag so that we could leave. Waitor seemed new.

Best service ever, I order everyweek and everytime. I get served with a friendly smile and I coming back for more... I don't even have to ask for extra sauce anymore everyone knows whenever I order.

The place is clean but tables are sticky. The people working in the restaurant are nice but the lady at front desk looks like she is in a ruch even if we were alone in the place. We live in mauritius and we were suprise to see that the choices are quite little. The taste was very good

Use to love this nandos. Not sure if management has changed, but the service lately has been quite awful. I ordered ubereats, it was late - I called them to hear whether they are making it (at this point, Uber drivers kept changing because of how long they were waiting). Got told that by some random worker that it’s the Ubereats problem, and I told him that’s impossible. Got on the phone with the manager who realised they messed up. This was the second time that my order has been so badly delayed that ubereats had to cancel it - and I am not ordering at a busy time. It’s poor customer service.

The Nandos in Bellville is consistently bad. This is what they call roasted veggies and chicken. The veggies are not roasted, they are overcooked and the chicken is dry. Do not go there.

Nandos is also known for their sauces: Mild-, Hot- , Extra Hot, Garlic, Lemon & Herb, Shisha Njama. You can also order a variety of different items of Chicken that's been marinated in these sauces according to your liking. Nando's is a 'Take Away' but also have some tables to dine in. So it can get busy & noisy- especially during the peak hours.

The garlic cheese rolls were burnt, almost charcoal. Long wait. Chips was okay. Chicken was okay, not that great. I've had better at other Nandos.

I have not been to this particular branch in over 2yrs. I used to enjoy everything about it before, the service, cleanliness and food. However when I went there last week it was a totally different ball game. The service was great, the staff was very friendly. However my chicken was very wet, not sure how to describe it,not raw but wet. Have never had anything like that, as if it was laying in water. My peri peri wedges was over cooked and luke warm. It did not look or taste fresh. The coleslaw was 90% cabbage, almost no carrots so it had a bitter taste. The garlic roll was very crusty, dry. There was no soap in the dispenser or sanitiser. At the wash basin by toilets there was white buckets standing with wet cloths and the toilets was smelling very strongly of urine. I have never complained about a Nando's before,not once but this one! Was the worst ever. I will not be returning. Their standards have dropped big time. What a pity. Not sure if it's new management but definitely poor management.

I waited over an hour & a half for my order with no explanation or indication of what the delay was. When I asked one of the staff members what the problem was, all he could tell me is “we’re working on it.” I usually have good experiences at this branch, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

Waitress was friendly and on top of her game. She served us well. Food was very tasty...didn't have Nandos in a while...it really hit then hunger spot.

Nandos has always been one of my favorites. Their burgers are solid breast meat which in this day and age are a premium product worth the extra cost. I had a cheese and chicken wrap, it was very tasty but way too much cabbage and not enough chicken. It would seem that cost cutting is getting to all brands. Their peri peri fries were delicious and lots of peri seasoning, which is great!

Food was great, but place wasn't as clean as it should have been, don't get me wrong wasn't filthy but the table was sticky and chair had salt or whatever on it.

What I ordered and what i received are totally oposit. Burned food, not extra source as requested. I'm disappointed, worse I was really craving for what I know, Nandos delicious food. Please do justice to your Customers.

Friendly Staff. Cleanliness tops. Quick services. No queues and this was during lunch break. Good food. Overall pleasant experience for a first time visit.

I am usually patient, I give the time of day especially when I could see the chaos in the expediting section. Here's the reality, there was an order of 20 chickens before me. 10 minutes into my wait they let me know that they had not realised that they had to make more chicken in the oven. I mean it does not take a rocket science degree to realise that if 20 chickens are going out 20 more need to be prepared. I have now been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for chicken. All the tickets on they system are red. Like that is not great service or management.

Waited more than 20 minutes for food. Apparently they didn't know about the order. But they took my money. 5 people kept looking at me confused while I was sitting quietly and waiting. Nearly passed out of hunger before they realized they had tomake and pack my food. Don't bother coming here you will be very very disappointed

The service at this store is fairly average. A part from the other bad reviews in terms of cleanliness (you may not to ask them to wipe your table at times), they just don't seem to get the food right. I ordered a chicken wrap while I was on lunch, got back to the office and the wrap literally juts had chicken in it. No salad. I haven't purchased there in a while due to previous experiences, but I think I'll stick to N1 city drive thru.
