Dr Aimee Jenkin is an incredible person. From the very first consultation, I felt reassured that I was in the right hands. Throughout post-surgery, Dr Jenkin was informative, supportive and she's funny :-) too. I was very grateful for my speedy recovery one month post-surgery. Dr Dale Geoffreys is an amazing surgeon and everyone that was involved in my breast augmentation procedure was kind, professional and thorough throughout the whole process. I needed to have a melanoma removed this week and was so grateful to have it done by Dr Gareth Tjasink. I was anxious about it, but Dr Tjasink and everyone at Alchimia Clinic were so warm and caring. Alchimia Clinic is really a retreat, I will recommend everyone to go there. The staff from the receptionist of Dr Tjasink Karen to Ashley that provided me with the costings of the procedure. Ashley came to introduce herself the day of the procedure and that was so nice. Everybody is friendly and they assure you everything will be okay. The nurses that assist was super awesome. 👌The overnight stay was better than my own bedroom. Shihaam made me feel at home and took good care of me. My overnight recovery in The Retreat after my breast reduction was pure luxury and I could have settled in for my annual vacation⭐️ Attention to detail all focussed on the patients comfort was spectacular. When I decided to have a face lift as well as upper and lower eye work done, I naturally did my homework on plastic surgeons in Cape Town. After much research, I decided on Dr Lionel Jedeiken as my surgeon of choice. Allowing anyone to conduct extensive surgery on your face is a remarkable act of trust, as there is absolutely no room for error. Based on the excellent reviews from his numerous patients, combined with his extensive experience of almost 3 decades as a highly skilled surgeon, I expected an excellent result. What I did not anticipate was to have my expectations exceeded on almost every level. A mere 13 days post op, the face lift surgery scars were almost non existent and my eyelids had completely healed. There is still a bit of bruising and swelling which will go down in the next few weeks as my face settles. Despite this, as I haven't even seen the optimum result yet as I'm still healing, each time I look in the mirror I see a young girl looking back at me, a girl I haven't seen in almost 15 years. My essence hasn't changed, even my dimples are still there. I look exactly like me, just a much younger and fresher version. Pre and post op protocol was excellent, everything was thoroughly explained to me so I knew exactly what to expect each step of the way. From Debbie at front desk, to Anett the head nurse assistant, to the anesthesist, to Shihaam at the recovery center post op, made for an all round wonderful experience. There was never any pain, only discomfort. Post operative care is brilliant, with numerous follow up appointments, all conducted with the personality, the humour, the caring and the passion that is Dr Jedeiken. Thank you is an understatement.

Following the phenomenal success and result from my first procedure performed by Dr Jedeikin and his team, it was without a doubt and with full confidence to return to Alchimia Clinic to undergo both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty. The skill, care and quality always provided by Dr Jedeikin, and his whole team at Alchimia, led me to face little pain and discomfort post-operation and was back to normalcy within two days post the procedure. My quality of breathing, and the overall aesthetic of my nose, has improved greatly. What an amazing experience, top notch care with staff that were so helpful. The food was great and the lady on duty was willing to help me with anything I requested and did it with a smile on her face. It's a relaxing environment and it really felt like home away from home. From start to finish this has been the best medical experience I ever had. For years I felt that this procedure was out of my reach. You hear so much about botched surgeries. Every single lady in that operating room cares deeply about what they do and their patients, and the aftercare in the overnight clinic was superb. Dr Jenkin guided me in aftercare and what I could expect, which really helped a lot with those anxious moments once the meds wear off! I'm so grateful for my results, I have a new life! Oh my gosh where do I begin. Let's start at my doctor (Dr Dale Jeffrey) what an amazing person. Makes you feel welcome from the first day you walked into his office. His receptionist so loving greets you with such a big smile. Both of them takes you step by step about the procedure. Dr Dale thank u so so much for my new babies lol. You did one hell of a job. I love them and will recommend you any time. Then we get to the theater. Where I was greeted so warmly. Oh my gosh the nurses and anesthetist was so welcoming. Loving. Funny. They can Crack some jokes lol. They have such beautiful souls. Thank u for making me feel so welcome aspecially when I was so nervous to start with. Then did someone say hotel. Beautiful gorgeous rooms. I was given such a nice lunch. And coffee. My bed was made warm for me. I love the idea that it's not a hospital bed.... it really feels like u at home in your own bed if not better. If u want to see a beautiful person with a gorgeous heart and soul this is the place to be. The retreat is clean and neat. Well looked after with gorgeous staff members inside and out.
