Understandably Covid-19 has got everyone on high alert and rightfully so, but who do we turn to for medical assistance when we do not have the luxury of belonging to medical aid. The staff at the hospital have absolutely no etiquette when providing a service to fellow human beings and the fact that they are getting paid for it is simply amazing. Becoming a health professional is a choice you make because you want to help and assist fellow citizens in society, otherwise, why do it. So quickly does an establishment lose its core values and reputation when the wrong individuals are running the show. Dr Abdurahman Clinic is a day hospital that was established for the community with professionalism in mind , let us get back to that initial idea 💡. Absolutely dissatisfied with my two visits. Very bad service and assistance.

The service in this place is the epitome of just how poor the government services in South Africa are. Seniors que from 05h00 in the morning only to be seen after 09h30, if they lucky. The dispensary procedure is a complete joke. The staff seem to have a sense of arrogance about servicing the public and they don't seem to care about sharing any information with the patients. Why do we even pay tax for this public service???

Terrible service from a staff member by the name Muluh today on 7 July 2022 between the time of 8.00 am to 8.20 am. He was so rude and made me and my partner feel so uncomfortable. Gosh the way he treated us or spoke to us was disgusting.

Service just got a bit better, was getting used to spending the whole day, now with Covid precautions, less time is being wasted. Would like to see a premium service here, even if it is Government. We can see how to minimize problematic areas if all protocols and good service will help to make 5his an outstanding day hospital.

I am grateful for the service of Abdurahman day hospital. Security was kind and helpful, the staff was friendly and polite. A big thumbs up to Dr. Singh for her advice and assistance. The sister doing the Covid test even worked through her lunchtime. It isn't every day that you witness what these individuals do. For me, it was an admirable experience. It is a question of who do we turn to if we do not have medical aid and besides that, a PCR Covid test at any other private facility is R850 and up...Keep up the good work.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH SERVICE TO SENIOR CITIZENS. FOR 2 DAYS I'VE CALLED TO REPORT A SENIOR'S RESCHEDULE DUE TO AGE ,83YRS OLD. Lovely to hear from an answering machine. Left 5 messages with no reply. NO DOUBT WE MUST EXPECT NO REPLY. The Superintendent must answer for the gross incompetence of FAILING THE SENIORS. IF I DO GET A REPLY FROM THESE "FREE LOADING STAFF" IT WILL BE A SURPRISE AND WILL POST A PROGRESS REPORT ON THIS SITE EVERY DAY UNTIL WE GET A RESPONSE.

Very bad service I came there just before 4 just to see the doctor for my daughter thy told me thy cont help me but thy sitting an talking lazy to get up the nurse was very dude told me why do I come this time of the day but she is sitting doin noting talking with the other nurse you guys reali need to teach ur nurses by the child clinic how to talk to patients very very bad service

3 phone calls, pharmacy admin office general inquires (or whatever you call this) All timed out after 2.5 minutes. Just rings forever

You need to prepare yourself to spend nearly the whole day there.

Was at the clinic at 7 this morning and only got assisted at past 2 the afternoon. The doctor that assisted me was very unprofessional and had no way of speaking. When I advised of my symptoms she said I cannot bring new things up however the nurse that assisted me first didn't listen to what I had to say concerning my illness.

Disrespectful stall ... Total disregard for patients , doesn't update patients on procedure ... Knocks into patients without apologising, gives dirty looks...
