    Kundai Is an excellent trainer. He's passionate about his work and his positivity is infectious. He is also realistic with goals and how to implement them to make sure you're comfortable while still working out. Couldn't recommend him more!

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Kenji, who is a phenomenal personal trainer, and I cannot speak highly enough about his dedication, expertise, and ability to create programs that were not only tailored to my needs but also incredibly fun and motivating. He took the time to understand my goals, limitations, and preferences, allowing him to develop a workout plan that was perfectly suited to my individual needs. The level of personalization in his approach was astounding, and it made a world of difference in the effectiveness and enjoyment of my fitness journey. He infused creativity and variety into every session, introducing me to exciting exercises and workout techniques that I had never experienced before. This instilled a level of confidence in me to constantly try new things and push me to go beyond what I thought I was capable of.     Kenji at tracefit Is the best person to guide you into making the right choices for both your dietary and physical needs. He has an extensive knowledge of physical movement and can adapt his training programs for any one’s ability. He also offers incredibly well thought as well as tasty menu options that are tailored to your dietary needs. Everything is very well explained as well as followed up upon, so you don’t feel alone throughout the process.

    Kenji is engaging, and so approachable and patient. I appreciate how he has time to notice each traininees secret power then meets that with passion and expertise. Highly recommended for anyone interested in developing their mobility!

    Kenji is the best. I was looking for a trainer to help me get into a routine to excersise. I got so much more than routine. I look forward to my sessions, they are so much fun (really), i leave on a high after each one and covered in sweat. I'm getting stronger and growing in confidence. Kenji is professional, supportive and motivating.

    Kenji is an amazing athlete and mentor. Not only does he help train your body but he helps you train your mind to live a healthier lifestyle. Kenji shared so much tips and tricks with me on how to plan my mornings, healthier alternatives to my diet, etc that made such a great impact to my lifestyle overall. I am grateful for his impact on my life and for gaining a good friend in the process as well.

    Both me and my son have trained with TraceFit and Kundai for many years and can not recommend him enough. He helps out in every aspect both for young and old (ish) ;-) Puts the pressure on when needed and play when needed. And his recipes are to die for and easy to make. Being healthy does not need to be boring. My son has developed to be a very fit strong healthy young man of 15y. Try him out you will not be disappointed.

    As an endurance athlete having dabbled on and off with strength training over the last decade, I had always found myself getting bored with gym workouts. It has been such a refreshing change to work with Kundai at TraceFit! The workouts are personalized to my goals and connect strength training with mobility, balance, and flexibility. It makes the experience WAY more interesting and engaging, doesn't have me dreading any sessions, and is making me into a much more well-rounded athlete. Feedback is helpful and fast as well. Highly recommend!

    Helped me a lot after my injury. I was getting depressed not being able to move normally. It helps me get stronger safely and In part of me I had no clue off. Even now being back in shape it is still challenging because I can modulate the intensity of my practice. And ofc in terms of mobility and fun it is up there. I highly recommand. And the instructor is cool too
