We had an excellent stay at Puech Blanc! Andrea and Ian are very welcoming hosts and their gîte had everything for a perfect holiday: authentic, tastefully creative and in very good condition. Even in mid March the surrounding gentle hills of vineyards and fields just adjacent to their domain offer relaxing walks and splendid views over the land and villages. Surely hope to visit again.

Very much enjoyed our stay at Puech Blanc - the studio was confortable, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hosts, Andrea and Ian, are incredibly welcoming, open and helpful - they really make the place ! Looking forward to returning soon !

Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad bij Puech Blanc. Mooi terrein met charmante, leuke gites (en lekker bed!). Ik voelde me gelijk thuis met de hartelijke ontvangst van Andrea en Ian. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van de welkomst maaltijd op de aankomstdag. Heerlijk gegeten en het was heel gezellig om de andere gasten te ontmoeten. Je hebt helemaal je eigen plek, maar je komt elkaar natuurlijk wel tegen bij het mooie zwembad. Dus aanrader om even met elkaar kennis te maken. Het was ontzettend warm in de week dat wij er waren, dus we hebben heel veel gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Super! Elke dag een vers eitje door de kippen gelegd op ons terras. De kat kwam elke dag een knuffeltje halen. Je kan brood bestellen, dit staat dan 's ochtends voor je klaar. De vijgen werden net rijp, dus ook nog elke dag vijgjes plukken. Uitzicht op de wijngaarden, alle rust en stilte. Tegelijkertijd de gezelligheid (als je wilt) van de andere gasten en de hosts. Ambiance all over. Wij gaan normaliter elk jaar naar een andere bestemming, maar hier gaan we zeker nog een keer naar terug. Het is ook een prachtige streek en we hebben nog lang niet alles gezien. Tips: Najac, Cordes-sur-Ciel en natuurlijk Albi (met de bijzondere Kathedraal Sainte-Cecile) Andrea & Ian, bedankt voor jullie gastvrijheid en gezelligheid. We hebben genoten van jullie mooie plek.

Wij hebben een week lang in gîte Le Duras gezeten en dat is uitstekend bevallen. Mooie ruime woning met fijn privé terras. Groot zwembad op het terrein en volop parkeergelegenheid. In de regio tal van mooie dorpen en wijndomeinen. Andrea en Ian superlieve hosts die zorgen voor een knusse en huiselijke sfeer. Dikke vette aanrader.

A small piece of paradise hidden away! Our family had an amazing 2 weeks at Puech Blanc. Ian and Andrea are fantastic hosts who couldn’t do enough to help. We enjoyed canoeing, E biking, zip wiring, paddle boarding, swimming and the odd bit of relaxing! We hope to return and see you soon. Thanks

I cannot recommend this gite enough! Andrea and Ian were incredible hosts, even before we stepped foot on the property. We had a few hiccups in the planning (on our part), and Andrea and Ian were incredibly gracious and flexible with all of our questions. The gite was exactly what we were looking for to escape the heat and enjoy getting out beyond 1 km of Centre Ville in Toulouse. The property is peaceful, the pool is absolutely lovely, and the pétanque court was a ton of fun. The rooms are charming - we had friends stay in the pigeonnaire, which was super-cute - and the kitchens are well equipped and perfect for us to have a good old-fashioned barbecue. The cats are friendly, the dog is adorable - everything about the place is fantastic! The food is delicious - if their son is there, I recommend ordering dinner from him - and the local wine that they sell onsite is perfect for sipping, while enjoying the countryside. The location is within an easy drive to several charming medieval villages, and there's a beautiful trail from the property you can take through rolling fields of vines, fevre beans...it's quintessential French countryside living at its best. We are already looking forward to our return!
