We've gone to eat to this charming place. The decoration of the dinning room is unique and so exquisite. Even the bathroom was pretty! The food was good and plentiful, we have ordered a dish per person and we are plenty satisfied. But it was overly spiced. The total price was 65€ but they don't charge you the bottle of water nor the side dishes: a courgette purée and fries. Despite we barely understood each other (due to language difference) the service was very friendly. A place that I would recommend if you are in Brassac or if you pass by.

Arnaud is a very caring and talented chef and owner of this establishment; our group was only able to spend one night here, but it was one of the most memorable of our journey! Highly recommended!

We loved the cosy corner table in the bar, with many colorful pillows. From the menu we sampled asparagus salad, beef and lamb served with several vegetable sides, and finished with a strawberry tart. All were delicious and notably well prepared. An outing to remember!

Food was very good, but service was chaotic! They need to get themselves organised.

Great atmosphere and amazing food. The portions were very large. The food was cooked to perfection and the plates had great presentation. I only had a main, so I can’t comment on the starters or deserts but I expect they are fantastic as well. Highly recommend if you are in Brassac or nearby Castres. Worth the drive to the small town.

Wonderful wonderful food and excellent value for the price (€20 for an appetizer, a main course and dessert). The menu consists of 5 offerings for the appetizers, 5 for the main course, as well as 5 for the desserts. Everything was super fresh, top notch. The service was warm and the host Arnaud was most welcoming and the decor is funky and well done. Both inside and outdoor dining is available. Definite recommendation and hope to come back soon.

This is a very very Bad place. The hotel has nothing to offer for the money. I don’t know who gave this place 4 star. It do not really have 3 starts. The only good thing is the view. Otherwise the hotel should be closed. Lousy reception and no help at all with luggage.
