The staff is very disrespectful. The staff threatened to evict my friend or in their own words "throw us out" just because we unknowingly threw a glass bottle in the communal bin. Both these female and male staff members have been verbally aggressive and threatening. This is not something anyone would tolerate as a tenant and I would not recommend anyone living here as they have pathetic staff who have not been trained on how to treat tenants even with the exorbitant rent they charge!

My partner and I moved in at the start of September and have never felt more at home! The staff are so kind and helpful and made the moving process easy - and in our time living here we feel like we can go to them with any concerns we may have or questions. Really lovely, we couldn't be more happy with our experience!

The staff are platform Cardiff are fantastic , very accommodating and try their best to keep the building clean and running well. Cohabiting can be challenging , but platform make sure we all at ease. I can thanks them enough specially Rachel she is a doll always smiling and know how to cheer me up . You guys are champion !!!!!!

The staff have made it so easy to settle in. They are kind, funny, diligent, and enthusiastic, and a trip downstairs to raid their coffee supplies has become a highlight of my day! As a tenant, I cannot fault them.

JOE the maintenance man is the best thing platform had to offer to us, he is always there to help us for any issues we might face. I would rate him a solid 10/10 in terms of his work and everything else.

The staff are really helpful especially Rachel who is so kind and welcoming. She made moving in so easy and was always willing to help if I had any queries

Staff were tremendously helpful showing me around apartments, answering any questions I had, and making sure the move went smoothly! Very nice apartments that are very convenient for the city and station. Have had nothing but superb service from Joseph fixing any issues that I have. Highly recommend!

Joseph is a very helpful and nice maintenance supervisor in Platform. He reacted quickly and worked very efficiently to solve some small problems in my home. With his sincere and good attitude, we live comfortably in this new build apartment.
