They used to always deliver to the wrong door number because they were too lazy to check. Tonight I collected. A random piece of sweetcorn on the pizza, which I did not order... & It wasn't even cut! 😅 One positive is that I'm really glad they give regular employment to special needs people.

Ordered tomato sauce by accident online rang the store literally 10 seconds later and was told I can not change it to bbq base instead they gave me food I didn't want. Rude on the phone!! Won't order from here again I'll always order from canton from now on

EVERY time I order from this Dominos, they get my toppings wrong. I think they need to check what goes on each pizza while are making.

Nice little table area for about two people to eat food. Pleasant staff and the usual Domino's food.

Awful customer service Made my order using the app, had all the confirmation an my pizza was on prep. Go to the store to pick it up, taking advantage of there click and collect an spoke to a lady she said they’ve had no order come through. Ok I get that technical itch no problem, I showed them all my confirmation email plus the app details they were happy I ordered it, so I asked them to cook the pizza as I had to get going, then walks over a very sarcastic boy called Thomas and told me we couldn’t cook it until it came up on the system but could easily any happily give me a refund. Which made no sense to me if he’s happy to give me a refund just cook the pizza. He was very snarky, awful service clearly shouldn’t be in a customer service position, maybe delivering would suit him more... so no pizza and gotta wait 5 days to get my money back thanks dominos 😒

Ordered Dominos Pizza, it arrived in good time and hot, however the toppings weren't great, the Ham was like rubber and chewy and the chicken very similar. I preferred when I ordered from Canton store. (edit) Store will resolve the issue and provide a replacement order.

Food is good quality and most of the time is delivered hot. Sometimes, something from my order is missing, so I have to ring back up and wait for it to be delivered. Ever since the prices went back up, I haven't felt like ordering from there as £30 just for 2/3 people to eat, not including tax/ delivery fee is not reasonable.

I’ve always been a regular customer at Doninos pizza in Ely Cardiff and before they opened Canton Dominos spending over £50 on orders at a time. The last time I ordered pizzas from Dominos they got one of my pizzas wrong and I waited over 40 minutes for them to deliver another pizza and I only live round the corner. Today I made a order and explained that one of my pizzas looked wrong so they checked and said I’d ordered the pizza and it wasn’t wrong it was bbq base so I explained that my Son has Autism and he’s very fussy and he won’t eat it and asked as a good will gesture would they redo a pizza for him also seems they got my order wrong last time too and I waited so long to which the Manager said No, so this loyal customer that have been ordering pizza from you for so many years I don’t know how many years it’s been that long won’t be ordering from you again. Shame on you Dominos anyone with a child with Autism knows the struggles with food.

If your collecting and checking food on site its ok. If your having delivery, prepare for absolute zero quality - burnt edges, wrong toppings, some slices have no toppings and others are overloaded, squashed boxes so most of food is on inside of box lid. Never was this poor quality and service when ordered from Canton branch, which because of the addition of this store no longer serves my area. If you can, collect from Canton store, if not then go for collection from this store but CHECK your order on site and if you want delivery, probably better to order from somewhere else.

My son has autism and refuses to eat most foods but he does like pepperoni pizza. Took him here yesterday, ordered the pizza, but they wouldn’t accept cash so we had to leave without food which my son didn’t understand and made him very upset. Thanks dominoes! Maybe let customers know the payment situation before taking orders and disappointing children

The workers here are very helpful, just don't walk in without a mask, unless you're exempt, as they like to ensure everyone's safety. The customer service is excellent, and you're served with a smile. At the moment, its only click and collect or delivery, you can't order within store, but you can use the app, phone them up, or go online.

Ordered here a few times and it has been very fresh but when I ordered here previous to tonight they forgot a few items that I had ordered but granted when I phoned them they offered me a discount for the next time I called up, unfortunately I ordered the same items and once again the very same items were missing again and it also seemed that they had just given me old pizza bread from another order. To be honest I don't think I'll order here again. I might start using the canton branch instead.

Car park avalible and do deals in afternoon and weekly deals, other shops on retail site. Good choice of what you can order. Done in 10 mins if you want to collect, but they also deliver. Cash or card which is brilliant. Cold nights and everyone loves a pizza now an again.

The member of staff took ages to cancel my order as I ordered from the wrong place, then after I called second time she just hanged up the call and didn’t do her job so then I had to call the canton domino’s for them to call them to change the order canton domino’s have good staff unlike Ely staff if u don’t like ur job get a new one
