DR. Khan is profficient in his job, however rude in his manners as to how he talks to parents. As a proffesional myself i found his tone and basic manners to be aggressive and rude when you question him. Its almost the approach of "why are you asking, or challenging my authority". As parents, things can sometimes require clarrification, and Dr. Khan can be abrupt. Basic manners and being polite costs nothing.

We had such a great experience at this clinic in Cardiff with the circumcision of our first baby boy at 1 month old. Dr Khan was great in terms of his explanation on how we can take care of our baby boy in the days following the procedure. Both parents are allowed to be with the baby during the procedure. Both doctors conducted the procedure professionally and every step was explained to us. Our baby took it all quite well. We also had a check-up appointment a week after the procedure to make sure everything was okay. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend.

Our 6 months old boy had his circumcision done here. Dr. Khan & his team was wonderful, friendly & professional. They showed us informative video before the procedure and answered to all of our questions and worries. Our boy had a painless procedure, he had a follow-up check up on day 7 and the ring came off on day 12. We are so glad we choose this clinic and would highly recommend to anyone especially first time parents.

As a 26 year old, the thought of having sensitive surgery such as a circumcision was quite daunting. However, Dr Khan and his staff were absolutely fantastic, it’s an unpleasant operation to have, but they made it as comfortable as possible. Very pleased with my son’s circumcision. We had a follow up today. Wound has healed up nicely. Procedure was explained very well. Dr Khan and his team are very experienced and friendly. We highly recommend this clinic.

Its alright reasonable charge but I did find the doctor and the receptionist quiet rude at times. One day he will be nice the other he will be rude such as the way he talks to you its not a polite manner. Same for the receptionist. He gave us a second day inspection and we went and travelled over 100 miles to go there and just two minutes the doctor checked him. We clearly stated that there was a clear and visible infection. But NO! The doctor instead started barking at us for not complying with the orders he told us to do. We did what we were told to do but he did not check up properly. Its nearly 1 month and my child has an infection. He needs to do his check ups seriously. They give us a risk assessment to read and sign, knowing that there are many dangers but are rare. But this doctor MUST change his attitude toward his real clients and treat them properly. This is an operation that can go bad, there must be much care to this. When you ask him a question. There he goes bark bark bark. He doesn't want to understand. As a concerned and worried parent I will ask questions and he should answer it correctly. He was also quite rude to my older son when he asked him a question. Instead of answering he barked at him. He did not give clear instructions.

All 3 of my sons have had their circumcisions performed by Dr Khan within the last 6 years, and no problems at all. All healed well within 2 weeks. I recommend taking your sons as early as possible after birth if they are in good health, heals much quicker! Thank you

We are very happy with your service. We had a pre assessment for my five year old son prior to the procedure. The procedure was done last week. He was seen today by doctor Khan at FU clinic. His wound is healing very well. Doctor and staff are polite and friendly. Thank you very much.

Procedure was quicker than I expected it to be. Dr Khan was very professional and informative and was happy to answer questions even after the procedure and provided contact details for any questions. Dr Khan was very reasurring which was needed for this anxious mama! Follow up appointment was also very useful and informative.

I want to thank Dr Khan for the excellent service we received for our baby. The procedure was successful and my son healed in 10 days Alhumdellah.. Dr Khan also explained to us how to take care of my baby after the procedure. In day five I found a very little blood in my baby’s nappy and I sent a message to Dr Khan asking about that,he quickly reply reassuring me that is normal. The ring fell in day 6. In the check up appointment the Doctor examined my baby and he said everything good. Definitely I will recommend the clinic.

Dr Khan is very professional and friendly, he did the circumsission for my newborn with ease, provided all needed information, before during and after the operation. Won't bother looking anywhere else. Small suggestion though I know it's always busy in the clinic but the consultation rooms can benefit from extra cleaning as in the waiting room 1 there were many spiders and moths (maybe because it has a window). But the room used for the operation looked clean and spotless. And you can certainly trust Dr khan to get the job done knowing that your child is indeed in good hands. From the initial consultation right through to aftercare has been brilliant. Dr Khan and his beautiful assistant did a superb job as did the lovely friendly receptionist and I’m highly satisfied with the end result. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I were very pleased with the support we received when our 6 week old went in for his circumcision. The staff were friendly and polite and everything was on time. DR khan was great during the procedure, our boy didn't cry at all he was very calm as they used anaesthetic 20-30mins before (which I was very pleased about.) Healing processes was quick, the swelling went down 4 days after the procedure and the ring fell off on day 7 in his nappy. He's 6 months now and all is well.

Really bad experience. The treatment went well but the Docotor's attitude was so rude!! I'm still fuming at his behaviour. Dare you ask him a question and get barked at instead. Also, they seem to ignore you when waiting. We got there first and yet we seemed invisible as three other couples went in first! And you can't hear a single word he says so you just nod and pretend to understand as you know that if you say anything he'll be so rude. NEVER AGAIN will I go there.

Awful customer service. We were given an appointment at 8.30am, and weren't seen by the doctor till after 9am. Had to drive through rush hour traffic to get here. And having paid £200 this is very unprofessional. The clinic was almost empty and none of the staff apologised either.

I am a 21 year old adult, had my circumcision procedure done at the clinic. I had no complications and recovery was very swift. I had my final check up a week after the procedure. The wound is healing well. Dr Khan and his team are very friendly.

I would reccomend Dr Khan's clinic to anyone who needs his services. Dr Khan is a friendly and highly skilled proffessional. He and his staff are friendly and proffessional and made what could be a very nerve racking ordeal into a smooth and easy process; from the booking process to the consultation to the proceedure. As I say I was extremely anxious about the proceedure but I need not have been. Dr Khan is highly skilled and knowing he has performed literally thousands of circumcisions put my mind at ease. The clinic was spotless and the waiting room was a comfortable and calming place to sit, despite my nerves on the day of the proceedure! During the proceedure Dr Khan and the nurse assisting him knew exatly what to say to reasure me and keep me calm. After a slight pinch from the anaesthetic the entire proceedure was totaly pain free. I am very pleased with the result, I'm now fully healed with no issues at all. Dr Khan did an incredible job. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at the clinic.
