*****This
company

preventing
negative
feedback*****
I
visited
Beauty
Advance
for
laser
hair
removal
which
unfortunately,
was
not
effective.
There
were
a
lot
of
issues
with
misinformation
and
poor
service
which
made
the
experience
really
stressful.
Staff
started
very
warm
and
friendly
and
later
things
turned.
Even
with
all
the
misinformation
and
errors,
BA
only
agreed
to
give
me
a
compensation
session
if
I
signed
an
agreement
form
preventing
negative
feedback.
Worryingly,
this
sort
of
thing
is
mentioned
in
the
review
left
by
someone
named
Jane
Pesticco.
She
says
that
BA
tried
to
blackmail
her
so
she
wouldn’t
share
her
experience.
I
paid
for
7
laser
hair
removal
sessions
at
the
cost
of
around
£2500/2700.
Session
8
was
free
due
to
their
errors/missed
areas
by
practitioners.
I’ve
had
successful
laser
hair
removal
elsewhere
previously
(Laserwise
Salon)
but
8
sessions
using
the
best
laser
BA
offer
did
not
work
(still
have
to
shave
the
areas
daily).
I
raised
the
below
complaint
points
to
senior
management
and
this
is
why
I
was
given
a
free
session.
Sophie
at
reception
confirmed
that
it
is
fine
to
summarise
what
had
happened
until
that
point.
-
During
my
first
consultation,
India
advised
I
would
need
definitely
no
more
than
SIX
sessions.
In
advance
of
the
consultation,
BA
saw
photos
of
my
hair
growth/density/type.
I
also
paid
for
the
best
laser
they
offer.
At
session
6
I
had
poor
results
and
it
was
suggested
that
I
need
to
book
a
course
taking
me
up
to
THIRTEEN(?!)
treatments.
The
total
cost
would
have
been
huge
-
we
are
talking
£5-6,000
rather
than
the
original
quotation
of
£2-2500
-
India
made
the
comment
“it
looks
like
this
area
has
not
been
treated
at
all”
at
my
review.
The
initial
response
from
India
was
“we
all
make
mistakes”,
suggesting
I
just
loose
money
for
their
error
and
loose
out
on
that
session?
It
took
numerous
emails,
telephone
complaints
and
verbal
complaints,
for
BA
to
actually
agree
to
go
over
the
missed
area
-
part
of
my
“compensation”.
-
The
prices
are
decided
as
you
go
along
by
India.
I
struggled
with
not
being
able
to
gauge
what
the
costs
will
be.
For
some
reason,
BA
claim
it
costs
more
depending
on
your
hair
type.
Not
just
the
size
of
the
area
being
treated…
very
unusual
according
to
other
clinics
I’ve
contacted.
-
My
initial
consultation
consisted
of
India
and
I
sitting
down
with
calculators
together
trying
to
work
out
pricing
for
ages.
It
is
unnecessarily
confusing.
In
the
salon,
they
had
no
idea
what
I
would
be
charged
and
tried
to
give
a
higher
figure.
I
had
to
refer
back
to
the
rough
notes
I
made
in
my
diary
and
give
them
the
figure
we
agreed.
0
consistency
regarding
pricing.
Note
that
this
is
not
visible
anywhere
online/in
clinic.
-
At
my
appointments,
I
had
to
remind
practitioners
of
what
areas
I
was
having,
how
many
I
previously
had
etc
-
India
commented
on
the
ability
of
the
BA
practitioner
who
did
my
first
4-5
treatments
in
front
of
me
-
I
was
told
to
leave
hair
growth
for
one
of
my
appointments
so
it
could
be
reviewed.
They
said
they
would
shave
the
hair
on
the
day.
Further
down
the
line,
India
tried
to
say
that
the
my
poor
hair
removal
that
day(?)
may
have
effected
my
results
-
Staff
will
open
the
door
when
you
are
half
naked
and
having
treatment
to
start
checking
with
you
what
you
have
paid
for
etc.
I
had
to
defend
the
fact
that
I
had
paid
for
extra
areas
a
few
times
and
India
went
to
check
-
Sophie
told
me
on
the
phone
(and
when
conferring
with
management)
that
my
knees
would
be
included
in
my
free
session.
On
arrival
she
said
they
weren’t.
When
we
were
alone
and
I
signed
the
form,
her
exact
words
were
“it
is
my
word
against
yours”
Overall,
they
did
give
me
a
complimentary
session
and
as
my
agreement
says
-
I
accepted
this
and
I
will
not
bad
mouth
them.
But
from
now
on,
I
will
be
going
back
to
Laserwise
like
one
of
their
recent
reviewers.
Hope
this
review
is
helps:)
