Nice hostel walking distance to bar and restaurant. Beds are comfortable. Has a shared kitchen. Rooms have privacy bathroom and air conditioning. Staff are happy and friendly.

Located next to the Plaza de la Trinidad, it is a very colorful and beautiful place. The photos there are good when it is closed. They sell pizzas and fast food and cocktails, so it's a more casual place.

One of my worst experience I had so far in my life. Never witness a more dirty place. When we arrived the whole shower was clogged with black hair, black hair everywhere. See pictures. Dirt in the walls, everywhere. Don’t know if the cleaning service is sleeping here during the days or what is happening. Second thing, there is not any hot water in the shower. This is a big misunderstanding. Don’t understand how a hostel can’t have hot running water and taking those really high prices? Overall everything can be heard through those walls and the rooms have no windows. During the night the air-con is working uneven and sometimes you boiling alive and sometimes you are freezing. Now I’m coming to the worst part that made me run from this place. And yes, it’s is coach roaches. Found many at the entrance and some in my room. This is a big joke. Can’t recommend anyone to stay in this place. A big nightmare.

Lily was very attentive at all times to our questions as well as being very friendly, and the room we had (up the stairs) was very comfortable, and with air conditioning. The Wifi works excellent at all times and the location of the hostel is in a very nice area, very close to the Trinity Church. 100% recommended and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Cartagena!
