el

24
de
dic
y
el
día
de
llegar
a
la
cena
en
pleno
restaurante
nos
informaron
que
el
restaurante
no
contaba
con
mi
reserva
!
Y
lo
peor
es
que
tenía
confirmaciones
por
parte
de
ellos
acerca
de
mi
reservación,
la
atención
al
empezar
la
noche
no
fue
la
mejor,
los
meseros
no
tenían
conocimiento
sobre
vinos
ni
tenían
amabilidad
con
el
comensal
,
después
de
comentar
mi
disgusto
con
su
Manager
Valeria
ella
mejoró
la
situación
poco
a
poco
,
al
final
de
la
noche
el
servicio
mejoró
de
-1
a
3.5
sobre
5.

a
reservation
a
month
ago
since
I
was
traveling
from
Europe
and
this
place
was
highly
recommended
as
a
fine
dinning
.
The
day
of
my
reservation
I
showed
up
at
the
restaurant
and
they
informed
me
that
my
reservation
didn’t
exist
!!!
Absolutely
incredible
in
xmas
night
I
had
no
reservation
and
of
course
everything
else
was
already
booked
…however
I
did
have
proofs
of
my
reservation
made
in
advance
and
showed
to
the
manager,
her
name
is
Valeria
she
somehow
helped
regarding
finding
us
a
table,
although
not
the
best
table
or
the
one
k
had
previously
booked
.
The
waitress
did
not
offer
the
best
service
,
they
had
no
idea
of
wines
and
none
of
them
knew
English
so
for
a
non
speaker
of
Spanish
this
is
not
convenient.
At
the
end
of
the
night
and
after
multiples
complaints
the
manager
finally
took
care
of
us
and
gave
us
a
better
table
(
as
we
had
requested
in
our
reservation
we
wanted
a
table
with
a
view
)
and
improved
the
service
for
us
,
a
new
waitress
was
assigned
to
us
he
did
know
a
bit
more
of
wines
at
least
…
The
food
was
overall
good
…
so
over
a
5
I
gave
at
the
end
of
the
night
a
3,5
rate
to
this
place
…
we
were
there
from
7-11
pm.
And
the
rating
started
at
-1
!
