We
had
it

incidents
in
this
hotel.
1.
The
day
I
wanted
to
use
the
pool
they
tried
to
charge
me
for
a
swimming
hat,
which
I
think
is
ridiculous
and
no
ethic
from
them
(they
don't
put
these
kind
of
stuffs
in
any
description
when
you
booked).
2.
On
December
15th,
2022,
the
day
we
were
checking
out,
we
went
to
have
our
breakfast
(as
they
included),
we
stayed
at
the
lobby
because
our
flight
was
at
10:00
P.
M.
and..
Oh..
Surprise,
we
got
food
poisoning,
and
not
only
us,
a
lot
of
people
got
it
to.
We
got
examinated
by
first
responders
at
the
hotel
(which
was
OK),
the
other
surprise
was
one
of
the
managers
who
knew
it
we
were
feeling
really
sick,
he
ofered
to
us
get
some
water
and
other
drinks,
and
medicine
to
control
our
simptons...
But
it
was
really
a
joke,
he
wants
us
to
pay
for
it
and
the
delivery,
the
only
thing
I
remember
is
that
he
is
from
Cali,
Colombia
(some
jose
or
Javier,
I
think
so)
This
hotel
does
not
really
care
about
anyone
and
we
are
not
definitely
coming
back.
Look
around
next
time,
there
is
better
places
than
this
one.
