Excellent little hostel. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I stayed in a private room which was very clean with AC. The breakfast is OK but it's free. It's not a party hostel but you can meet people here if you try.

Stayed here for two weeks. Could probably earn a 5 off of the quality of the staff, but unfortunately poor management brings it down to a 2. Staff are helpful and cheerful, location is pretty good, 15 minutes from anywhere in Getsemani and the Old City. The downside was that we had booked our room for two weeks in a specific room overlooking the street with a private balcony, and, I don't think they expected us to actually stay for the whole two weeks because because after 1 week they had to move us to another room claiming emergency construction due to plumbing. We didn't experience any issues in our room but the room we were moved to was a dorm with incomplete walls and no balcony which is very inconveiniant for a married couple on their 10 year anniversary. That and the dorm room does flood a little bit and is still flooding even though the construction has finished. And our old room has now been reoccupied by a new customer even though we expressed wanting that room back. Price is right but expect careless handling. Also toilets with toilet seats would be nice.

Great location - very quiet & peaceful, easy to walk everywhere. The facilities were also nice - the shared bathroom was spacious, had plenty of soap and a hand towel to use. The rooms had air conditioning which is necessary for Cartagena since the hostel too gets very warm during the day. The rooms were slightly small for 2 people. Also, there was a weird vibe in the hostel - the staff were not very involved, it definitely wasn’t a social hostel which was okay for us but if you’re looking for that then I wouldn’t recommend. Finally, when it came to check-out we felt a bit unwanted and didn’t feel like we could just chill in the hostel for a bit.

The room seemed clean, the staff was friendly and the location is good but there is a very strange vibe and doesn’t feel like a hostel. The location is fine but it’s on the edge of Getsemaní, you have to go by a dark street to get to the hostel and it can feel intimidating if you go by yourself. They don’t accept card payments which is weird as all previous accomodations this was allowed. The music from the surrounding clubs is very loud at night and probably won’t let you sleep.

Very ok hostel! The beds are super comfortable and the room had air conditioning and big fans at the sealing (some of them made a lot of noise though) the breakfast was very good, but the kitchen not equipped very well. (No space to put your stuff) there was not much of an atmosphere and it seemed like everybody just did their thing which made me decide to move hostels. The staff was very nice and friendly! Another little detail I missed was hooks in the room and the bathrooms to hang your towel or other things.

It was a good place to stay, but me and my girlfriend had some problems with our beds. It was a triple bed, and she couldn't get into her bed. Good breakfast included. Some employees are really helpful, and some are not. A little bit pricey, but it's normal for the City.

This place was easily one of the best hostels I've stayed at. The entire staff is very helpful. The owner's hospitality is off the roof! She's a very kind and lovely person. I would most definitely recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. P.S. you will meet a lot of people there to hangout with later in the evening!

This hostel is very affordable and the host was an amazing help. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the facility because it’s so central that is easy to go to everywhere! It’s clean and neat. I pick one of the rooms that has a balcony, very good choice!! Gracias amigos !! (Travelled February-March 2023)

We couldn't stay due to an issue from booking.com but Nelson who was welcoming us at the desk when we arrived helped us to solve it. He was incredibly helpful!

A great hostel. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable with air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a balcony. You'll have a nice view of the ocean and its in a safe quiet area. Computers no problem and plenty of room to lounge around. Great stay.

The location is not bad, the double room is really small, the condition is quiet old, there was no more people but walls look really small and you hear everything. But the worst is how rude stuff was having a you waiting a really long time to get in and out.

Great place to stay! It's a smaller, quiet hostel in a great location. The staff is super friendly, they rooms are nice, they keep the area really clean, and, the price was reasonable compared to other places nearby. After staying in 3 different places in Cartagena, It's my first choice of hostels to return to there.

I stayed here for a few nights and I really liked it. It is very clean and the dormitory was a nice bike room with high sealing and big windows. The bathrooms are good also and there is a nice big roof terrace to chill. The staff is very friendly and one of the cleaning personal had found my Rayban sunclasses and the reception handed it to me, really great! The location is great also. Wifi is good but not so much in the dorm. Overall great place to stay!

Perfect for backpackers, felt very safe & has everything you need. Guy on the front desk ( I assume the owner ) is so lovely, pretty decent location too - walking distance of everything.
