Dr. Johnny has been taking care of my dental hygiene for years. My experience has always been beyond exceptional. He is very professional, caring and is always up-to-date with dental treatment methods and equipment. He is definitely an artist! The shape of my front teeth looks now very natural and beautiful. I couldn’t be happier with the results and my smile. The staff is highly professional and wears all the protective equipment which made me feel safe during Covid times. Traveled from NY to Cartagena on vacation. I went in knowing I needed two fillings and a implant. Leading up to my trip I was having a lot of pain on one of my teeth. Dr. Mercado uncovered that I also needed a root canal. I was only in Cartagena for 3 days and Dr. Mercado made sure to have a specialist at his practice complete the root canal. He was able to reconstruct two of my molars and install the post for the implant. During this process Dr. Mercado was able to explain all of the outcomes and I had a successful implant procedure done as well. I couldn’t be happier with the treatment and care that I received at JM Dental Design Center. Everyone including the receptionist Alejandra was very professional and efficient. Luz the dental assistant was also amazing and very attentive.
