I traveled to Cartagena for vacation/holiday from USA. Across from my hotel was Dra. Liliana. Use WAZE Maps app instead of google maps to find the location. It’s hidden between a pizza place and a sushi restaurant. I came in for Botox. She recommended me less units than I usually get. The results turned out great. She is informative and honest. She is gentle and precise with her injections.

Dra. Liliana’s spa was professional, high quality and reasonably price. There was also no haggling or pressure. The massage was one of the best and the facial was very high quality

Wonderful communication from the first message on google! Very warm and welcoming staff upon arrival. Even without Spanish, I felt I received extremely good case from the doctor as she took the time to explain every step! She also was honest and chose to not do something I requested as it wasn’t necessary in her professional opinion!! Wow! I also received a relaxing massage and hydro facial which was done so professionally and with care! Best service I have ever received and am considering another Cartagena vacation! Great Doctor. First, she began by explaining everything to me before starting anything. She ensured I was comfortable and was very transparent about the results. The office was clean and the staff was welcoming. The Doctor spent ample amount of time answer my questions in detail. I highly recommend her!

Dra. Liliana was amazing! So gentle with the needles and she took her time. She made me feel very comfortable. I am an American, who was just on vacation in Cartagena, and decided to get cheaper Botox. She was able to fit me in, and accommodate my schedule while I was out there. What an amazing find ! Was in Cartagena for a short visit and was so lucky to find Dr Spitaletta . She was very welcoming and immediately made my husband and I feel comfortable . She explained the procedures in detail and the products used and answered all our questions with professional knowledge and understanding - She has the softest touch and a steady hand - and is extremely focused and has a huge attention to detail . My husband was so amazed by my procedure and results that he decided to do a bit of freshening up too even though he has never done anything before . We were both extremely happy with the results and were on a flight back home to Miami that same afternoon with very minimum swelling . We will definitely continue to fly to Cartagena just to see Dr Spitaletta . She is Amaazing !!!!
