Was wonderful. I didnt need cleaning ( $$$ in freezer) The neighbourhood is hard to navigate at night. Everything looks same. Many ubers cant find the place. All the common areas are on motion lighting so i walked in the dark A LOT. Im leaving 5 stars bc i always do... but wink wink

Rough around the edges (currently) but really nice!! We enjoyed our stay here - This place was still under renovation when we stayed here. It has very recently opened for business and the people here are very nice, friendly and accommodating! We booked through Airbnb but there was no mention of construction in progress but it wasn't too bad. However the work didn't start before 8am and didn't carry on past 6pm. This place will be very nice when finished. The building is described as a boutique hotel on their listing but when we were shown around the property many of the rooms were like suites or self contained apartments. A few different options and layouts available all with a/c. WiFi is good too! It is calm and relaxing within the premises, it even has a small pool at the back. There is an outside kitchen area with cooking facilities if needed. Everything is new, modern and contemporary. Highly recommended!!

This is an excellent place to stay in Cartagena. Rooms are clean and spacious, staff is attentive, and it is close to the places you want to go. I have stayed here multiple times and highly recommend.

They canceled my reservation a day before our arrival date, because they said we didn't pay in advance. We had booked through a website and I'd entered credit card information to reserve the stay. If they needed additional payment, I was never contacted about it. When I asked if I could pay now, they said no, the room's been given to someone else.

The best stay in my south American trip. Comfortable bed, room's clean, pool is small but nice, well equipped kitchen.... and the hotel always has fruite smells which is so refresh. The staff are all very helpful. The best, no doubt!

Because has the Best staff , I mean for real . Everything went super well . Our room was giant . I even had a little kitchen . The location is amazing . You can walk for all the places to visit . We felt really safe I want to thank all the staff . Particularly thank Adrián to make our stay so good

The flat was perfect, finalyl some hot water! The staff however was not really helpful since we texted reception (they gave us their whatsapp) to book another night, they said ok and pay later (tarde/noche, I didn't understand that it had to be before 5pm since my Spanish is limited and I had told them). They never registered my request as such and the next day we were told we couldn't stay 👍

Rooms are not very clean. They have stains and tired, needs a refresh. The balcony door did not lock. I stayed in the room less than an hour and went to another hotel. The staff are polite and nice which is why I gave it 2* rather than 1* Tired to get my money back but was not able due to cancelation policy

Stay here at your own risk, the glass shower door literally exploded in my wives face, and instead of an apology they tried to charge us with a new door. Everything is made so cheaply and with materials which are obviously not up to the legal standard.

Do not book here over paid for a prison cell the cops were called 3 times horrible hotel do not book

The room was clean and comfortable; large bed, small bathroom. The area is ok, was about a 10-15 minute walk to Getsemani, a little further to old town. Some construction is going on in the building, so if you are there during the day it might be noisy (at least for now), but quiet at night. Our room had a loft with three additional single beds , could be a plus if traveling as a family.

Worst site I’ve stayed ever, I made a reservation via booking, some days after the confirmation of the reserve, they send me a message to get an advance to get assured a room, here started the issues, after few days they cancelled my booking appointment when I contacted the staff they assured me the reserve was active, the day we arrived to the hotel the first notice we received after pay the fee for the room was that they don’t have the room I’ve gotten reserved and they will give me a different room for that night, this room was very small and doesn’t seems like the room we reserve. Next day we get the new room they promised, it had wet floor around the bed near to the bathroom, and stay like that all day long, at checkout time we get noticed that we had to pay an extra fee because two towels were stained with my girlfriend’s hair dye, an expensive amount almost near the full value for a brand new towel, for used towels. I tried to talk with the staff because this fee was very high for the laundry of the towels but there was nothing to do, so In this hotel they can do whatever they want and doesn’t care what the customers think, they do not even respect the contract of hotel services you need to sign legally in Colombia.
