Had a lovely stay at this mansion. The property is huge and brand new! We were only a group of 10 and the house can easily fit 30 or more people. It has a massive living room and dining room, TV lounge, a very nice garden with private pool, a cool kitchen with swings (yes it has swings inside the kitchen, that was fun) and the rooms are very spacious with high end finishings. Rafael was there to welcome us, and we had a dedicated concierge service and a private cook/barman to help us with meals and drinks. We wanted to stay in Getsemani, and we enjoyed the central location, close to everything in the old city. Value for money this property is hard to beat.

Brand New! We enjoyed every minute of our stay at this house. It was secure, sparkling clean, comfortable and with a phenomenal customer service. Always responsive. Nice garden, private pool, lovely interior decor and great location. This is definitely a place where you would love to stay.

Really great place. The lounge is just AMAZING. Service is great and breakfast is too. A couple of remarks though: - the bed for standard rooms is too small. - I don’t understand why every room has a window which is kind of “open”, meaning that even though nobody can see inside, noise from the outside can be heard quite well. Of course the hotel is in getsemani, so you will have noise up to 3/4 am every night. If you are light-sleeper, I don’t advice you to get a room at a low floor.

Horrible horrible experience if you come here to sleep! Yes the hotel and rooms are wonderful but zero soundproofing zero like none! You will here and feel like you are in the club across the street until 2am Good Luck to sleep Otherwise yes a beautiful stylish hotel !!!!

From when you walked in the door, from the service to the room, the ambience, the quality all made you feel like you were in a different world from the hustle and bustle of the city outside. Voila was well priced for quality for the quality and comfort. The staff were super helpful and friendly.

Amazing place to stay in Cartagena, rooms were lush, building had so much character and always clean and staff were amazing. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and sort out anything we needed. Couldn't fault the place if I tried.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. Location is great, right in the middle of Getsemani, which is a very trendy neighborhood in the old city, full of cute little restaurants, street art and bars... it is walking distance to the main plazas and churches of the historic district. The property itself is brand new and has a beautiful courtyard with pool, a very generous lounge/living room and a nice kitchen with swings (yes swings :) ... value for money is very good... will stay here again soon...
