Self-service
and
good
food
but
rude
service,
considering
that
they
wanted
to
charge
a
10%
tip
in
advance
just
for
bringing
the
dish
to
the
table.
In
self-service,
the
customer
goes
to
the
restaurant
checkout
and
pays
in
advance
for
the
menu
they
chose
from
the
menu
without
advice,
but
the
payment
of
a
tip
depends
on
the
quality
of
the
service:
product
delivery
time,
presentation,
flavor,
temperature
of
the
dish
and
friendliness
of
the
waiter,
which
cannot
be
known
until
after
consuming
the
product
and
rating
the
service.
I
offered
to
pay
the
tip
after
consuming
and
evaluating
the
quality
of
the
service,
but
when
the
dish
was
ready,
we
had
to
go
get
it
and
take
it
to
the
table
because
“they
didn't
have
the
availability”
to
bring
the
dish
to
the
table…
and
Tentadero
was
almost
empty….
For
not
paying
the
tip
in
advance...
how
do
you
know
if
they
deserved
it?
