Secondly, the girl at the reception does not have good service, she is very bad-tempered and, above all, she is not honest.....I know that the entity serves many people, but punctuality and lack of customer service makes people get a bad response to all this.

I think is disrespecfull . What do they have that is open right now, one goes there and is surprised to find that it is closed. They don't pick up the phones.

They cancel appointments and are not even able to notify them, not to mention the bad manners of the very rude employees.

Everything is very organized but the way the doctors treat people is pathetic. I went to have a pelvic ultrasound and I was treated by a gynecologist named Rafael Díaz and I can say that people like him do not deserve to work there, he is very unfriendly, he treats people however he wants and he does not do things willingly. I hope they change that.
