The atmosphere in the old town is very good. There are also many tourists. I am very impressed by the friendly people and exoticism in this place. I strongly recommend the coffee here. If you you need to take a break. Just have a coffee at this coffee shop(great lication). The staff is very friendly, but it is a pity that communication in English does not seem to be successful in ordering the coffee I want.

The coffee was fine, but I waited 30 minutes from the moment I actually ordered. So not counting the waiting in line. I almost couldn’t understand what was going on; and what I was supposed to do. Every minute that passed, my brain got more stuck on sunk-cost calculations. It just didn’t have the historical references to predict the waiting time that would eventually ensue. This particular coffeeshop operates on a completely different timescale than any place I had previously ordered coffee at. Game theory might have rescued me from wasting all this time, but I am not well-versed in game theory. Anyway, go get your coffee here if you have time to burn; and you don’t mind waiting a cool half hour in a heavily refrigerated place that screams ‘chain coffee shop’. If you need a coffee on the run; get it somewhere else.

Filthy dirty, Upstairs blocked off, few tables available. Friendly staff. AC works great. Wifi unavailable- to many people.

Always has good coffee! The place was kind of old and the service was slow! The bathroom was awful and it smelled really bad in there! No paper towels to dry your hands! Needs modernizing!!

Very good and tasty Colombian coffee. Excellent service. Tables were a little bit messy.

I love coffee but we were very disappointed about the service. I was telling my wife that the service in Colombia was very good... But it seems that it's not the case in here. Are they too tired even to smile? Is it so frustrating to give the key of the toilet or accompanying there? To do their job? ... Not coming back.

Good coffee here in Colombia. But bad customer service. Not polite at all. Even after you are friendly and polite to the employees. The employees look at the tourists with a big attitude like they hate tourists coming in. No welcoming atmosphere at all.

I can honestly say this will be the equivalent of a star bucks inside of the walled city. Located next to one of the best University in the city. The coffee options are really good and they have baked goods. This location has 2 floors spacious enough for students and tourists get to sit and enjoy a great cup of coffee with an authentic baked good; while studying or enjoying the magic of the city.

Big fan of Juan Valdez, but the toilets in this one are disgusting

Not worthy of the name Juan Valdez. Tasteless cappuccino, no latte art, plastic lid without asking (to hide the former).
