I’m disappointed in the service we have been having at crepes and waffles. Extremely slow, rude waitresses, they do not give you attention- plus there was a green worm in our food. Did not take it off our bill

Good food but not all the staff is friendly. Our waitress walked up to the table and stood there until we spoke to her in Spanish and English. During our interactions she said nothing to us and it was frustrating not getting an acknowledgment if she heard us or was getting our order. Not sure if I will be back or would recommend.

Place to avoid. Unhelpful staff who do not care about their customers. The menu is only online with a QR code and we could not a get any internet access. Their wifi wasn't working and mobile internet coverage would only reach the 1st floor patio and terrace. Unfortunately the terrace was closed, and they would not let us sit on the patio because it was a 6 person table and we were only 2 (like the couple seated at the neighboring 6 person table). We explained the issue but they would only give us a printed menu with no prices, ans tried nothing to solve the issue. We finally left without being able to order. We explained the issue when leaving at the staff near the entrance but they didn't care and didn't seem sorry to loose customers.

The service is horrible. The staff is unfriendly, they don't speak up clearly, they don't even try to speak English, and they don't answer the questions. They did not have almond milk for the cappuccino, even though it is stated in the menu. We waited forever for our orders to be taken and then even longer for only 2 salads.. The food is good though..

Guanabana juice seems to be a pre prepared since I was not allowed to mix two types of juices together. Also the Crepes and Waffles house salad was a really great way to start off my meal. My only regret is that I did not have more room in my stomach to try more foods because there were so many good options. All of this came out to about 80,000 COP for one person and I was very full afterwards.

our lattes were amazing and the atmosphere is beautiful here and the place is huge. The first time we were able to sit on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the street, and the next time we sat in the beautiful rooftop. Definitely one of the most beautiful rooftop spots in the city. The crepe and waffle that we had were not anything amazing however but I would still recommend going for the atmosphere. The waitresses were nice but for some reason the 2nd time we had to wait over an hour for 1 waffle

Amazing cuisine in an incredible atmosphere, served by friendly Colombians. The place is beautiful both inside and out, and they speak some English, not that I expected. You can scan the QR code for the menu where you can find the English option. I highly recommend it.

Food was great the prices are great if you’re from a country with stronger currency. The food is top end dollar considering it’s Columbia but it only cost me $23 USD. Restaurant like many others in the area look lovely and warm. Thank you all for having us.

The food was delicious. I never knew you could make such great tasting food from crepes. The restaurant had a great atmosphere and the view on the 3th level balcony was awesome. Nice and friendly staff also

We have been coming here with my family for over 15 years every time we visit the city. The quality of the food is not bad, but its quality has gone down significantly. Service is too slow. We will be looking for an alternative in the city
