Glad to find an oasis of consistency in a continent of variable franchise quality. Staff will confirm orders, in English as well. Chicken was tasty, though wings are tiny compared to Australian ones, and too salty. The burger buns are too sweet, which detracted from the otherwise great crunch + coleslaw burger (sandwich).

I had pretty good luck ordering extra crispy fried chicken here. Very delicious & inexpensive prices, because USD goes a long way in Columbia. Same product & just as good as the Kentucky Fried Chicken here in Rochester, NY, where i live. I didn't speak any Spanish unfortunately, so just pointed at what i wanted on the order menu (they show pictures of different selections) and the guy took care of me, no problem. Had a nice clean bathroom to use also. Met a pretty lady at the corner down the street from store; even ended up hanging out with her the rest of my stay in Cartagena. Kept coming back to order more.

Chicken here was delicious. Extra crispy chicken here somehow tastes better to me than what we got in the states, I would never get kfc at home but I had to try it here to see what the difference was. The mayo/ranch sauce or whatever it was for dipping the hot wings in was creamy and delicious and added the perfect amount of tanginess. Sodas are cold and served with ice here. The fries are the same fries they have everywhere around here, good with a little bit of ketchup. The price is pretty inexpensive compared to some of the other fast food places around here.

Good for money.. better than other kfc in Columbia.. but drink cup is smaller..

Colombian KFC is always average, especially this one. Tiny chicken pieces that are mostly batter, they serve the least amount of fries possible and for the price not that worth. The only good thing is that its always consistent.

Clean, fast service food was great, price excellent.

Chicken was good staff didn't understand no pickles on my sandwhivh. They can't read or hear unfortunately.

That's the slowest service I've every seen in a KFC.... Waiting 25 minutes for some Hot Wings Is unacceptable and annoying! Chaotic and bad organized...

Being from America home of the KFC I have to say your chicken tastes a lot fresher. And we do not have ice cream at the store is here. I was very impressed

Loved it, amazing flavour, crunchiness and size. Wish there were throughout the whole city because this place is simply fabolous.
