From
the
time
we
stepped
in
until
the
time
we
left
it
was
a
bad
experience.
We
had
reservations
for
our
group
of
about
17
ladies
and
when
we
arrived
they
started
to
set
up
tables
in
a
small
space
upstairs.
Eventually
they
set
us
up
with
about
9
two
person
tables
lined
around
the
room.
The
waitress
seemed
new
and
immediately
overwhelmed
and
didnt
know
the
menu
which
is
ok
but
they
should
have
had
someone
helping
her
with
a
group
our
size.
We
ordered
drinks
and
15
minutes
later
ordered
food.
Our
drinks
arrived
about
45
minutes
later.
A
group
of
locals
(about
6-8)
came
in
and
was
seated
in
the
room
next
to
us
and
immediately
got
their
drinks
and
started
receiving
food.
About
an
hour
and
30
minutes
after
being
seated
some
of
us
started
receiving
food
without
utensils,
the
utensils
arrived
10
minutes
later.
After
they
finished
eating
the
rest
of
the
food
started
coming
but
3
orders
were
not
received
so
those
3
ladies
left
to
go
find
food
elsewhere.
When
our
food
arrived
it
was
barely
lukewarm
and
lacked
flavor.
So
the
reviews
that
I
read
before
arriving
that
said
the
food
was
mediocre
and
the
service
was
horrible
was
accurate.
There
was
a
language
barrier
but
it
was
made
clear
before
we
ordered
how
the
bill
was
going
to
be
paid,
one
of
our
Spanish
speaking
ladies
explained
to
the
staff.
The
company
that
made
the
reservation
was
going
to
pay
for
everything
except
alcohol
beverages,
that
was
up
to
each
individual
to
pay.
For
some
reason
no
matter
how
many
times
we
said
it
or
explained,
it
took
a
while
for
them
to
take
the
beverages
off
the
bill
and
allow
5
of
the
14
remaining
ladies
to
pay
with
a
credit
card(the
rest
paid
with
cash
to
make
it
easier
on
the
staff)
so
it
shouldn't
have
been
that
difficult
to
create
5
beverage
bills
or
make
1
bill
for
those
that
paid
with
a
card,
I
was
willing
to
cover
those
5
drinks
so
we
could
leave.
They
didnt
want
to
take
the
food
off
the
bill
for
the
orders
that
were
not
made
for
the
3
ladies
that
never
received
food.
The
waitress
that
initially
took
our
orders
tried
her
best
so
i
dont
have
an
issue
with
her,
it's
the
rest
of
the
staff.
One
waitress
walked
in
rolling
her
neck
and
eyes.
Another
waiter
started
to
count
the
money
that
was
given
by
the
host
of
the
company
we
were
on
the
trip
with
and
told
us
it's
not
his
problem
that
we
have
a
bus
waiting
outside
when
she
politely
told
him
that
we
had
to
leave
soon,
then
started
to
recount
the
money
even
slower.
So
the
bus
took
us
back
and
the
company
representative
stayed
back
to
make
sure
everything
was
accurate
and
paid
for.
Im
not
sure
who
covered
the
drink
bill
for
5
mojitos
she
made
it
back
to
the
hotel
before
our
bus
arrived.
Everyone
was
frustrated
as
well
as
this
sour
faced
woman
who
was
trying
to
enjoy
a
romantic
date
but
kept
glaring
at
our
group
like
we
were
difficult
black
women
starting
problems
when
all
we
were
trying
to
do
was
get
an
accurate
bill,
and
pay.
This
was
a
HORRIBLE
experience
on
the
last
night
of
a
good
trip.
Every
restaurant
we
went
to
was
able
to
accommodate
our
group
when
it
came
to
seating,
service,
and
the
alcoholic
beverage
bills
except
this
one
(regardless
if
we
paid
cash
or
card).
I
felt
like
they
treated
us
like
unwanted
guests
from
the
moment
we
stepped
in.
So
yes
the
service
is
TERRIBLE,
the
worst
I
have
ever
experienced
and
the
food
was
not
good.
Maybe
if
you
are
a
local
you
get
better
service
and
food.
The
only
thing
I
enjoyed
was
the
water
and
live
music.
PLEASE
DO
NOT
GO
HERE
IF
YOU
ARE
IN
A
GROUP
LARGER
THAN
6
OR
AT
ALL.
