Great stay, the staff were wonderful and accommodating, we’ve never been this spoiled by Hotel staff. The breakfast was delicious and served fast on every occasion. The room was always clean and sparkly. The bathroom and the shower were beautiful and very clean. The pool is on the smaller side but very comfy. Great place for tanning with day sun all day long. Location worked out great, close enough but not too close to the touristic areas, so it was very quiet at night, there’s no bar or club in the hotel either, so everything is awesomely quiet. Would definitely come back to this place.

The staff welcome you without a single smile and seem to be incapable of using a single ‘please’ or ‘thank you’. The room was located on the ground floor with no windows but ample noise from the common area. The floor was dirty and the bed not comfortable at all. It was near impossible to use the toilet which was placed right in front of a wall. On departure date they start bothering you first by telephone and then in person BEFORE the check out time, literally kicking you out of the property! Terrible experience overall and I most definitely won’t return.

Great hotel. Amazing location, friendly and diligent staff. The pool is great and warm. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious, we even ate ayacas :)

In Cartagena for business and I had the pleasure to stay at the Eurostar hotel there. Room was very comfortable, great breakfast and even better staff. All were great and Rafael Rangel was always helpful at the front desk - making the stay really comfortable and enjoyable. Will be back.

The location couldn’t be better, just around the corner from multiple good restaurants and many tourist attractions, the rooms are very tidy and clean, the hotel is small and very cozy. The staff is very friendly and helpful, by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in Cartagena. Highly recommended.

Brand new hotel, in a great location and with only 12 rooms so far which makes it even better. The staff has been super friendly, the rooms very comfortable and spacious, and the included breakfast (if you reserve through their site) is absolutely fantastic, with delicious "fritos", fruits, eggs etc every day. The pool is small but very comfortable and it always has both sun and shadow. Highly recommended. Will stay here again when I come back to Cartagena.

It’s a cute place, well located, and the roof top pool is great but it was not worth the high price we paid for it. There was nothing special about it and our bathroom ceiling was covered in mold.

Everything about this hotel was perfect and exceeded my expectations tremendously. Starting with the front desk, Elvis was and is a STAR. Helped us with our day trip to the islands, COVID test appointments, and any questions regarding restaurant stops and places to visit. David, from food and beverage, was also amazing. Welcomed us like family and even spoke with us as if we were. Briefed us on the hotel history (of course, we asked). Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. The room was perfect as well. The shower has this amazing water pressure that i still can’t get over. It’s the little things that make me happy while i travel. This hotel is also situated in the middle of the walled city which made it super fun and easy to get out and get lost within Cartagena's streets. 10/10 recommend BLINDLY!

Eurostars honestly exceeded our expectations and more! This hotel was top of the line and did not disappoint one bit; the hotel was extremely clean, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with travel planning because we did not speak Spanish. Specifically, I would like to give a huge shoutout to Raphael who works in the evening, and Elvis who works overnight. Both employees are exceptional at what they do and are extremely personable. I usually do not write a review unless it was an amazing experience, however, this was beyond amazing. I will definitely be coming back to Eurostars Marques de Villalta soon!
