Super nice, and incredibly helpful. I got water stuck in my ear and had a lot of pain and couldn't hear out of it. Doctor Andrade checked it out, saw the problem was actually my earwax, and went out to get the proper tools to clean my ears (in quite an intense, but gentle, way). My ear is feeling great and I can actually hear again. Thank you so much 🙏 saved my vacation... But scarred my girlfriend by showing her the wax 😅

Dr. Andrade was a lifesaver! My husband was feeling sick and was dehydrated, Dr. A came ready to treat him (IV fluids and meds) and he immediately felt better. The Dr. also left us with a follow up plan (if he didn’t improve he can arrange for at home lab work). I’m going to recommend him to all my friends that visit us in Cartagena.

Excellent service. Super quick response. Very professional and just an overall great experience. Told us the price up front. Speaks English and Spanish. We were able to communicate through WhatsApp. I’m sure sometimes he may have appointments and be occupied, but we were lucky. He arrived at our door (with a nurse) with in 1.5 hours of calling him. I got food poisoning in Colombia and texted Dr.Andrade via WhatsApp at around 4 am. He answered promptly and asked a few questions about my symptoms health history and location. Dr. Andrade sent over a paramedic within a hour, who administered my IV and other medications. The doctor sent me a prescription and explained to me what to take and how to take it. He continued to monitor my health throughout the day. I would recommend to anyone who needs medical attention in Cartegena.

While In Cartagena on vacation, I cut myself on a piece of barbed wire. Dr. Andrade came to my hotel after I’d been calling over Cartagena looking for someone to administer a tetanus shot. He responded to my WhatsApp message immediately and was at my hotel within an hour. He answered all my questions completely and thoughtfully and was very patient with me. If you happen to be in Cartagena for vacation and need a doctor, don’t go to the Urgent Care, call Dr. Andrade.
