Good prize, easy check-in after 22.00h and slept well. Didn’t hear de highway at all. The hotel is renovated (still in in progress) and it looks great. The bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast was good and coffee was good. Friendly staff at breakfast. Simple but great.

The room is cold and drafty, the heating does not work and the wifi is also not working. Noisy! The walls are thin and every noise is heard.I've been to B&B hotels before and I'm usually satisfied, but this one is particularly bad😱 These deficiencies were mentioned in several comments, but no changes were made. It's a shame that such hotels exist

Very well suited for stay overnight while travelling. Perfect online check-in. Good beds en good shower. Wifi. We had a good room for a couple with two (big) kids. Only one minor point: B&B hotel in Seclin is very close to the highway road. Not suited for longer stay (during the day). Very good value for the money.

First impression of hotel, very big and nice, once step in the room very bad, air conditioning is not an air conditioning you couldn't control it or its neither cold, the door of the bathroom can't even close it because the handle is broken or something, the toilem roll holder was repaired with a piece of paper, overall the room was decent. The next night was the worst night, the fire alarm or some alarm randomly siren 2 times, around 2 oclock in the night it went off, we didn't know it was a fire alarm or what ever it was very annoying. The cleaners of the room are very rude they knock on our door in the morning that we have to lesve but we had till 12 oclock and it was 9 oclock she rushed us because of that, and we asked for 1 extra pillow and we got it, the next day the cleaner took it back again... rude. Overal if you stay there for 1 night it's fine but don't stay there for few days.

A fine stay for one night driving back home from France. It was nice to have a separate floor upstairs for our 2-year old. The room is small as is the bathroom, but as said fine for the night. I expected a bit more from the breakfast (we sat in the breakfast area). A few soft pistolets (that are supposed to be hard), a croissant and some yoghurts. It would have been better to walk into the LeClercq next door. Several fast food chains and some restaurants close by, we ate at the Brasserie.

Good hotel for the price. The only reason I doubt to go back is the temperature control of the the room. The airco is not cooling the room , so it was very hot in the room. And opening a window is giving alot of noice , so I had a bad night ( I been before here, but never with 25c )

Had a bad night at this hotel, mainly due to noisy neighbours until 3 am.... The rooms are small but functionnal, bathroom could really do with a fresh up, the shower fixation was broken and mould on the tiles... All in all, we won't come back here.

The hotel overall is very clean. The breakfast has the essentials you need. And the receptionist keeps the area very tidy and clean. We were 3 travelers and the room was sufficient to sleep in but very small as the suitcase couldn’t be rolled past the bed at the entrance. The layout is cute as the queen is on the room entrance level and the two single beds are reachable via stairs in the room. It was extremely hot upstairs and you can’t keep the window open over night as people walk by on the corridor. The bathroom was superficially clean but could use a thorough clean. The description to get to the hotel could use some improvement. It’s located in the UNEXPO quarter next to a garden center.

When I entered the room, the smell was not fresh but the room was clean. During night, there was a fire alarm for almost 10min. Part of the publicity staff of Tour the France stayed in the hotel at the same day, I guess they caused the alarm.
