Overall good value for money. Plenty of parking. Felt safe. Good location for the motorway. Walls were a bit thin so could hear the next room. Man on 24 hr desk was very helpful on Friday night. Online check in very good and no need for credit card was useful to me

Room was cold, heating did not work, toilet leaking. Sometimes it's hard to park my (long) van.

We arrived to the B&B late night after travelling by ferry. Gate was closed but security allowed us in and rented us a room! It was great service and the guard was very kind. Rooms are for a good price, pretty new, small but very cosy. Comfy pillow and warm duvet. They are also pet friendly and just surcharge a cost of 4€ per pet. They offer a breakfast or lunch service (3€ and 6€) but as in a rush for our travel, we couldn't try. One more great point is check out is at 11.30 so we really had time to rest.

Breakfast is minimal quantity, baken and eggs isn't quantity standard for a b&b .

Arrived at almost midnight after a 3 hour tunnel delay, very hot and tired. Greeted by a polite, helpful security man who checked us in and advised where our room was. The room was small but clean, with comfortable beds and clean bathroom with shower. WiFi fast and reliable. Our only complaint was lack of sockets for the 4 of us to charge mobile phones etc in preparation for the next day. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Would recommend as a cheap and cheerful stop over en route to other destinations.

Another very pleasant and cost-effective stay at a Hotel B&B. This one is very well located, close to the major road networks (but not so close that you are disturbed by road noise). The family room was good, although quite compact, however it was one of our kids favourite layouts where their beds were located on an upper mezzanine level. But our over-riding memory of our stay here will be the impressive and very extensive shopping centre/mall, about 5 minutes away, which houses all the shops you can ever think of plus a myriad of cafés and restaurants. For that reason alone I can see us returning to this hotel!

Our stay was only overnight and the hotel met all expectations. shower head is a bit low and bed's are a bit hard but better then overly soft beds we had in other hotels. our family room with 4 beds was spacious .

receptionist was abrupt and more interested in her conversation with another member of staff. We expected a very basic room for the money, but had opted for a modern looking place thinking the rooms would be the same. Tatty, moldy, old. The shower looked to risky too use! Note no kettle or anything as it is a basic room, so make sure you have stuff with you, there is vending machines in reception tho. Room was spotless clean so housekeeping take a lot of pride in the place, which was its only saving grace. Breakfast over priced, save your money use the local bakers.

After a terrible experience with premier classe in a different region I was relieved to see this hotel next door! We booked our room without a problem using the machine outside, when we failed to book a ferry that day I had no problems booking our room for an extra night. The room could have done with hoovering around the edges and the Aircon was full of dust it also appeared that there were ladies of the night working from one of the lower floor rooms but I may be wrong! Plenty of parking and many restaurants and a lidl near by all in all a good hotel 😊

The room was a bit small but the mezanine for the kids was great! Room was clean but during our stay (3 nignts) the cleaning has not been done at all. We had to ask for clean towels everytime.... Friendly staff and good breakfast.

Travelling from Calais South this is a great hotel for that stop over night. Easy after hours check in (code supplied 24 hours in advance bt email). Room clean. We stayed in a family room and our kids loved their upstairs room (not above our double bed but a second level to the room with stairs to it). Beds nice and comfy. Bathroom sufficient and clean. Can recommend this as an overnight stop over for family.
