As seen by the response of the owner the care effort that they make towards customer satisfaction is pretty clear. The notions that our group vandalized their own rooms is ridiculous. Again, this hotel is very true to it's ONE STAR rating. We are one of three EF tours groups that complained about it. The second group left less then twelve hours after we did. With this hotel you get what you pay for. Staying with EF tours. Would be okay if you were backpacking but when you've paid decent money- it is a disgusting place. Stains on everything (walls, blankets counters literally every surface). Rooms all smell like smoke or sewage , one small towel to share between two people and the bathroom on the plane we came over on was literally larger than the two person bathroom.

We arrived at this hotel late in the evening. Hotel staff were no longer present. Only a person from a security company. This man was friendly but spoke English very badly. After checking in at a device outside on the wall we got the passes from the rooms. Since the rooms were fairly dark and we were very tired, we went to sleep quickly. The next morning we saw how dirty the rooms were. Hair in the bathroom of the previous guests, very filthy carpet in the hallway, cigarette printing in the bathroom and a very filthy mattress in the bedroom. I would like to see an appropriate allowance. We were offered a breakfast in the morning, but you will understand that if the hotel looks so dirty, then we have thanked you for a breakfast. I would never, never ever come here.

Dirty hotel always smell wead

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. We arrived very late but security man helped us make check in easily.

Poor quality rooms. Can barely move in the toilet/shower room. Beds are wobbly and weak, some staff aren't friendly. In short was a very bad experience.

nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, amazing power from the shower, close to very big retail park, close to Lille and Arras and the motorway,

Very basic, but that was expected. Could do with an all over scrub. However it is cheap, and for the money I really can't complain.

Friendly helpful staff but for the price dirty smelly small, hardly dared to use the toilet.....
