I have never seen such a Burger King 🍔 shop in such a mess. The team in the kitchen are not able to handle the flow of customers and select orders randomly. You can pay before others customers and they will be served before you simply because tickets are randomly put next to the counter. After waiting 10 minutes to get my order. The Double Cheeseburger 🍔 was so dry and without pickles 🥒 or ketchup. Worst Experience in a Fast Food Franchise. It's time for Burger King to use computers to handle the orders.

The worst Burger king i never had. Chicken spicy burger was disgusting that one piece of salad with full of spicy sauce. Patty of "stakehouse" was really dry! If it is not a fake Burger King, Burger King must control this chain.

Worst one ! They are so slow at the service , i'll rate it as one star just because of that.

Had lunch there yesterday and I noticed that the employee was pushing me to order the "formule" making it sound like I am getting an amazing deal, I think that it is not working well fro them so they asked their team to sell as much as possible. So instead of getting what I planned to get, I listened to his suggestions thinking that they have the customer's satisfaction as a priority. But I was wrong, he then mentioned the dessert as being part of the "formule" and precisely the muffin, I spent quite some time explaining to him that a muffin is a morning thing (I guess that is another item that doesn't sell). Anyways, he then went ahead and he mentioned that by adding 5dhs on each order I will get a large fries and soda, I said ok to that too, and we were done. When the meal showed up, the fries and soda were small, I can't think of any size smaller than what I saw, so I took the trey to counter and asking them about the large size he pushed to add money to get, and he jumped saying yeah that is medium, and the food runner joined him saying yeah that is medium. That is when i felt like I was played, fooled, and pushed to get something I didn't want from the get go, but I made the mistake of trusting the employee. This is not about the money, but it doesn't make sense to pay for something that you are not gonna get, it is not what you do, it is how you do it. This feeling ruined my mood and I felt played by an unprofessional fella. There is some part of responsibility from my end, I should've not listened but if management trains their employees to trap customers, you guys have just lost one.

I asked for a meal at night at dinner time, the food was not level, and the bread was not soft, rather it was difficult to eat. I do not know because I came at night. They have no resources left, or they are like this. In general, there are more options, and the best thing is to eat the meal with a view of the sea

Nice, clean and brand new place with a beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean. Food quality is of BK standard and prices compete with that of McDonalds. It is located next to McDonalds in the Marina Shopping Center with seatings also on the open terrace facing the ocean. Excellent location and nice atmosphere to pass an afternoon. Four stars for location. Now service: Only two stars! This is the third time we used this restaurant. Now is high season summer (17th August), weekend (Saturday evening 7:15pm), it's crowded all over but there's only one cashier. There are five servers behind the counter but only one cashier to take the orders. Takes very long time. After you make payment, you wait for your food delivery. You see the serial numbers behind you, passing in front of you but you are still waiting. That's terrible. I talked to the manager and he himself served me the food otherwise I'll be waiting for ever. Needs immediate improvement.
