Pro: renovated, clean, a range hotel facilities and services is offered Cons: expensive for what it is. No Air Conditioning! only heating and hot air. Could use better staff training. Instead of explaining properly, operator staff offered to send someone to help. After awhile a maintenance staff who doesn’t speak English turned up and told us to open windows. No fan is available neither. After sunset, opening windows helped but when sun was up it was scorching HOT. Also very inconvenient with traffic noise and fume smell at night. Stayed in great Riads and hotels through out Morocco for last 2 weeks. Unfortunately, this one isn’t up to its game. Not a 4 star hotel if it can't offer guess comfort during their stay. To be fair, been recently renovated so some manicure job done. Read less

Service ok, had booked a superior double room and ended up in a twin room where they put both single beds side to side after we had to go back to the reception. Breakfast is disappointing and location not great if you're going their for tourism.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very nice and food is good. Beds are no so comfy even if there are good and big bedrooms! It's also clean.

Staff very good. We arrived just after the earthquake struck and our tour had been cancelled, but staff did best to make us welcome and get over disappointment. The Top floor restaurant has excel views, food and service.

Don’t stay here. Had to move rooms twice as the room smelled so bad. The rooms have an air conditioning system which just doesn’t work. I even tried it on the lowest temperature and highest fan setting and it just gives out warm air. I asked at the reception to fix it but they weren’t interested. Only option was to leave the (tiny) window open which meant the noise from the street was unbearable, and lots of mosquitoes and flies. The room itself seemed unclean. The WiFi never worked. The staff were unhelpful and pushy. I wanted to sit in the lobby to try and get a better WiFi signal, and the staff only let me sit if I ordered a drink even though I was a guest in the hotel. There are many other hotels in the area with better prices

The room was clean and the location of the hotel was good. The price was suitable considering the facility. The hotel obviously has been renovated. The staff were not helpful. No one offered to help with our luggage when we arrived. The bed mattress was very stiff. Slippers were not provided and the complementary water bottle was very small one!

To be honest I was a little bit disappointed with the hotel. I was expecting more for a 4-star. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, but the rooms were super simple. They weren't even tea bags to use with the electric kettle in the room. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable too. I don't think it was worth the price.

Good business hotel, warm rooms -- in late December. Beautiful sunsets from the room. We only spent there one night, but it was a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Idou Anfa Hotel & Spa and was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is located in a convenient and accessible area of Casablanca, with plenty of restaurants and shops in the surrounding neighborhood. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all of the necessary amenities provided. I appreciated the extra touches, such as the complimentary bottled water and the daily newspaper delivery. The bed was comfortable and the linens were of good quality, ensuring a good night's sleep. While there were a few minor issues, such as slow room service and some noise from the surrounding area, overall I had a great stay at Idou Anfa Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were top-notch, and the location was convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Casablanca.

Rooms were small, and hotel parking was really far from the front desk / elevator area. It was also problematic moving my luggage to my rooms. Also received several looks from concierge during our stay that didn't really make us feel welcomed. Front desk staff were extremely nice and helpful.

Paying for cans of coke and water some small candy from minibar, in the four stars hotel not a good idea for the owner.

The good: service and staff are good, friendly, helpful and polite. Location is good. The bad: the room smelled very bad, beds are not comfortable, breakfast food is bad and not tasty. The hotel is not clean, rooms are not well maintained. For 4 star hotel, it's very bad. For 2 star hotel, it's not bad.

Rooms are as expected. Had to change room due smoking in next room. Smoke was coming under the interconnecting door. It took several requests before the reception staff finally gave another room. The TV remote didn't work, the door was very difficult to open and close. There was no hot water at the wash basin. No iron or ironing board. Have to use hotel laundry service.

The hotel is very centrally located with friendly staff. The hotel really punches above it's price. The rooms are quite nice even if the view isn't anything special. The service was above and beyond and the included valet parking was very nice. There was also an ATM just a few doors down and the main desk provides some money exchange. We did not partake in dinner/drinks or breakfast though the areas looked nice. Arrival at the hotel was a bit hectic as the small drop off area was full and it is a busy road. Someone was able to help with bags and valet parking but only after going in to get them. The hotel was virtually impossible to get ahold of prior to the stay, but ended up no issues.

I've been travel enough to say when a hotel is really deserving its stars. This 4 stars are well deserved. I felt welcome as never before as a guest, the rooms are very confortable and clean, the staff is well prepared and always willing to help, to chat and share a smile. Breakfast and meals in general offers many choices, from an international buffet (with maroc chef on site) to lunch and dinner a la carte with three different cuisine. Even the position is great, to reach within minutes the beaches on the atlantic, the medinas, the malls. Hotel Idou Anfa will be my home whenever I will travel to Casablanca.

Nice Hotel with helping staff. For foreigners, specially in a country like Morocco you most of the time need help for grabbing Taxi due to language problem but here the staff helps out to stop a taxi and also convey the destination to the driver. And the location of this hotel is in prime vicinity so you get many options to try different Restaurants for lunch and dinner. This hotel also has very good SPA to make you relax and refresh.

Nice hotel. Food was great for part of our stay, then awful the rest of the time. Concierge is so helpful. We can barely keep housekeeping out of our room, and they don't always knock. No locks on the bathroom doors. Many people smoke even though this is a non-smoking room. The walls are paper thin. The pool is nice, just too deep for kids.

First of all this was the first time me and my husband came to Morocco it was for our honey moon we were very excited to come to this hotel. Our flight landed around 11PM and once we got there here we go with problem, the staff wasn't welcoming, there payment methods are very old fashioned and one woman in there was very rude I mean RUDE.. overall our experience was horrible with that hotel and if you're coming from another country please don't go there I wouldn't recommended to anyone because they do not treat you well. Very very rude staff

A very cosmopolitan hotel in the racing heart of Casablanca city centre. The staff was friendly, the room comfortable. If you love the energy of a big city, this is a great choice.

Worst reception in my life. The room was ok after getting tired of stay riad. The crazy guys working in the daytime are so rude. I didn't get the room I reserved, and he does not treat the guest well. As others mentioned on the review. The Check-in process time was so long and we had to wait for more than 20 mins at the couch next to the reception. He could serve us small drink. It was still ok, then I asked how long i should wait. He got a bit angry and asked me which room I prefer king size or twin bed. I answered king size bed as I reserved. It seems to be king size bed room is not ready and tried to lead twin bed room. However, the room was separated bed!! What a crazy boy😂

I stayed at this hotel during the summer, during our stay at this hotel my mother and I kept getting bug bites. At the moment we didn’t understand why, because the air conditioning didn’t work so we kept the window open. Our train of thought was that it was a mosquito bite, but what also thrown us off is that the bite was extremely itchy. Not a usual mosquito bite. Anyways, we brushed it off and got a cream to cool down the itch. When we got back to america, we went to the doctor’s office to check why we are still feeling an intense itch. Our dermatologist said that the bites we had are BEDBUG BITES, NOT MOSQUITO BITES. And little did we know, about two to three weeks after getting back from Morocco we had a bedbug infestation in our house. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL MEANS.
